Im going to start the low vitamin A diet. Im still taking ezomeprazol, risperidone and another remedie full of substances(the gastroenterologist gave it to me), so if you know anything about the remedies making future damages to my health, please share with me. Looking at the diet, I see that white rice, beef(or chicken) and beans, are everyday in my lunch and dinner, black coffee and bread is at my breakfast and evening lunch.
