A light at the end of the tunnel?

Thanks for your response Josh!

Grant mentioned in an email to me - “do not take any packaged vitamin E”, which I assume means supplementation. I will look into the sunflower oil!

I did buy Dr Garrett’s ebook/detox plan. I agree this is a good approach and obviously many more options, but I am going to stick to zero vitamin A for a while.  I know I need to hit this hard after the Accutane!

I am not in Israel, I am in the US.

Grant may have said that because many vitamin E supplements are made from plants that are high in carotenoids. I don't know. I guess you'll be fine with sunflower seeds or oil. Good luck you!

If the vit E supplement is red, orange, yellow or brown in color, it is most likely derived from red palm oil or the like which is shock full of A. Best sources are always food though, as vit E is not a one molecule but a full complex.

Thank you Liz!  What is the food source of vitamin E in your diet?

I eat sunflower seeds mostly. Almonds have some vit E too. Probably most nuts and seeds and their oils have it.

How do you feel now? Is there any progress or regress?
