A Painless Way to Detox : BAIN DERIVATIF
Quote from Ourania on May 28, 2020, 1:00 amAfter six months on the diet, we still have very unpleasant detox symptoms. So we are looking for ways to painlessly escort Poison A out of the body. For several reasons, blood donations are not possible now. Liver flushes we have done at some time or other, plenty of them in fact, and now produce no stones.
At one point in our life we used a method to mechanically get rid of lymph. This was extremely successful against all inflammations. We had to stop because of external life factors (including wounds, war etc).
So we have decided to start again.
All details are explained in this book : https://www.amazon.com/LOOK-GREAT-FEEL-BAIN-DERIVATIF-ebook/dp/B0727SWTFY/ref=sr_1_1?crid=2IZ1NKEA7OG0G&dchild=1&keywords=france+guillain&qid=1590652387&sprefix=france+guillain%2Caps%2C199&sr=8-1
The author got very sick eating mounds of Vitamin A (but she does not realize it, she knows she got poisoned by the food but does not know of Grant's discovery).
The other recommendations she makes do not seems OK to me, but I can assure that the Cooling itself works fine and immediately.
I think that in addition to the countering the inflammation day by day, this must also work by lowering the amount of retinoid acid going around?
When we came to our new home in a safe place with refrigerator, we did not take up the bains derivatifs again, maybe because they did not seem like a lasting cure. It was working only as long as we kept at it. But we also kept eating loads of Vitamin A foods!

Quote from Ourania on May 28, 2020, 2:10 am@Jiří It is explained in the book. It is a method of cooling the sex area while keeping the rest of the body hot. We had done it with water but now will do it using a pouch for cooling injured area that you can refrigerate or fill with ice cubes. We keep it on the area when reading or watching tv at night. Many interesting details in her book, the least of those being that she got sick eating a lot of Vit A foods. Also that this method sends lymph into the intestines, so I suppose this sends Retinoid Acid OUT.

Quote from Jiří on May 28, 2020, 3:20 am@ourania thx.. I understand that reading the book would be better, but I can't buy every book that someone is talking about on forums.. So the main point is to icing genitals? How often?

Quote from Ourania on May 28, 2020, 3:38 am@Jiří As much as possible! Not icing, just cooling. NOT TO BE DONE at least 6 months after operations, wounds etc. If you do it with water, just sit well clothed socks etc in a warm place and move wet cold cloth on the area. We used to do it about 15 mins until there is a kind of deep shaking, followed by happiness (not orgasm). Some people do it in a lighter way, no water, just putting a cold pouch there while looking at tv, it works also, but takes more tan 15 ms. It works by difference of temperature and sends lymph from all the lymphatic system into the intestines, where eventually it gets lost outside. I think it is not recycled, which is why it could be interesting for us.
It you stop doing it, all benefits stop, so I think it is an every day thing. But maybe when vitamin A has gone down down, it won't be necessary so often?
Also most of the benefits of this are exactly the same as what we get with the zero vit A diet. So it might mean it is really a way to get rid of retinoic acid!
Some links, but not sure if these people do it right: https://forums.phoenixrising.me/threads/bains-derivatifs-cold-water-therapy.15574/

Quote from Jiří on May 28, 2020, 4:35 am"At no time are you sitting in the water. At no time is water aimed at the genitals, even if some may fall there. At no time should you rub the genitals, as this brings a sympathetic response that is contrary to the effect you want.
The aim is to create a difference in temperature between the sides of the pubic bone and the rest of the body."
So no icing genitals, but around them.. I will try it with cold water in plastic bottle between my legs. That should work. It is practical as you don't need to deal with water etc.. So there is a better chance I will stick with it and see if it does something..

well, why not! 🙂
I wonder if this has something to do with the night sweats that some people have experienced?

Quote from lil chick on May 28, 2020, 8:13 amanother thought that enters my mind
My kitchen is too far from my septic tank. We have trouble with our pipes clogging with fats. On the long, cold passage from the kitchen, through the cellar and out to the tank, the fats congeal.
I guess what I'm saying is that fats do change their properties at different temperatures!
And VA hangs out in fats.

Quote from lil chick on May 28, 2020, 8:15 amI notice that part of the healing regimen in the book is devoted to "brown fats" which are fats that are"all about" cold temperatures.

Cold-mediated regulation of systemic retinol transport controls adipose tissue browning
Calling study readers: tim, hill country etc? (this study is too hard for me to read, LOL)
Does this study touch on the brown fat/white fat/VA connection
@tim-2, @hillcountry
