@ourania thank you for replying and bringing hope this might not be just another "try a while then abandon" method. Has experience made you refineme the method in any way or is it just like described in earlier links? I tried this a few times now and have noticed sensations in line with what was described in earlier posts. Will definitely stay with it a while to see what happens.
