Glad to took this up @lil-chick!

I just did 20 mins of the water method. Most irritation of detox is gone. Whilst watching TV tonight for about 90 mins we shall add the cold bottle method.

In her book she writes about white hair turning black by the roots and new hair. It all looks exactly like what we are experiencing here!

@ourania I will do the plastic bottle from fridge method 2x20 min a day and I will report back after 7-14 days if something happened.. If not I don't think I will continue. 🙂

It's horrible heat-wise here today, so I'm typing with a cold water bottle between me legs!  🙂

I wonder if this is one of the reasons beach vacations improve health, or if there are benefits to using a chilly swimming pool on a regular basis.

This groin area is the place people get darkened skin (which some here have wondered if it is VA)   (as well as the armpits). 

I recently saw some people online who make a point of sunning this crotch area and extolled benefits.

@jiri ya keep us up to date on this, curious about this.    So keep groin area cold, but not touching the love junk?

@lil-chick I have heard good things about getting direct sunlight on the nether regions as well!

@orion not groin but pubic bone. So the spot between anus and testicles... Simply I lay down and have 1.5l pet bottle with cold water between my legs.. 😀

@jiri  ok that makes sense, I will probably try this out too.   Temps are above 30C here, so that should feel good.

Yes @lil-chick there is a strong link to brown fats.

I came to Grant's ideas because I was seeing improvements using a vibrating machine. This is supposed to increase the amount of brown fats in the body, as does cold exposure.

The interesting part was that at first it was unbearable, there was so much "detox" going on even with a couple of minutes.  People using it told me to try Modified Pectin. I soon realized that Modified Pectin's drawback was suppression of Vitamin A. Connecting the dots I came to Grant's discovery. 

I very much think that Retinoids are the missing link between Thermogenesis, vibration, retinoids etc. The vibration of the fascia create and distribute the brown fats, and I think this comes with expelling the retinoids.

Fascia cannot vibrate if there is inflammation. 

The fascia have eighteen important regulating functions (Evan Rosen, Harvard). If they work well, you get the results we get by getting rid of Retinoids.
