A Painless Way to Detox : BAIN DERIVATIF
Quote from Jiří on May 29, 2020, 7:26 amMy tonsils hurt and in the morning I had sore throat a little bit with some mild headache. I wonder if this cooling of places around genitals can cause cold like when you get cold when you sit on cold ground or something..
@ourania I think that vibrating machine works mainly for moving lymphatic fluid around the body. I do dry brushing and jumping(like rope skipping but without rope..) It is more effective than jumping on rebounder, because during jumping up and down just on the ground shakes more aggressively your muscle = also moves more your lymph fluid.. "stagnant, sluggish, dirty" lymph is huge problem for most people who are old or simply not active, sedentary..

Quote from lil chick on May 29, 2020, 8:12 am@jiri, could you be suffering from pollen ? it is very bad here. i don't know if i'm itchy due to pollen and bugs today or because things are stirred up.
Yesterday i did the cold pack twice. I do feel like bathroom trips were "the type to write home about" and my mood was very good.

Quote from Jiří on May 29, 2020, 8:34 am@lil-chick no it is not pollen. I had really bad allergies of all kind, but now after almost 1 year on low vit A diet it is much better.. I am not saying that vit A is the cause of allergies, but rather the liver can do more job now when it is not so overloaded with some toxin like vit A in this case..

Quote from lil chick on May 30, 2020, 2:31 pmI had better luck with just cool tap-water temperature than with refrigerator-level coldness. I'm guessing more like 50 F than 40 F. Just my opinion, nothing I've read.

Quote from Ourania on May 30, 2020, 8:36 pmI think it depends it you are very sick, and in a hurry or not, or maybe it depends on the outside temperature, or on you. I have no idea. It must be PLEASANT. Cool is nice and also not tiring and pleasant, so you tend to stick to it and in the end get results.
It is interesting that after a while of this practice, you teach the body to shiver easily, even though you don't shiver while doing it.
At one point I could lie in front of loudspeakers, with the feet pointed towards the speakers, and music would make me shiver like crazy. Also watching TV if something surprising happened on the screen, I was engulfed in wild shivers and goose pimples. This means the fascia are free and responding, that problematic deposits are being sent out.
After a while doing the Bains Derivatifs, you feel at one point whilst doing it a very slight tremor in the back, sometimes behind the heart. Think it might be in the thymus. Then, a feeling of great happiness. Well worth the trouble of playing with cool water. It is very subtle.
We have done 25 mins of water + a couple of hours with cold bottle while watching TV. For the last two nights we slept enormously, 9 hours, and felt very lazy in the day. I think the brain is being cleared.

Quote from Jiří on May 31, 2020, 1:52 am@ourania for me it s not pleasant at all.. I like cold only when I am very hot. Like in the summer after exercise. That is the only time I like something like cold shower. The body recognize cold as a stress. It activates sympathetic nervous system.. Even when the rest of my body is not cold. I don't like it at all. I don't understand how you can do it for "couple of hours" ? They say 2x times a day 10 minutes if you are under 70kg and 20min if you are more than 70kg..

Quote from Rachel on May 31, 2020, 1:53 amThanks for raising this thread Ourania. I must admit I had a fit of the giggles when I first read it but as it has continued it has intrigued me.
Some of the things you mention like the shivers and tremors and fascia releasing remind me of trauma release work which involves inducing tremouring. I am currently doing work with a lady who works on the nervous system by inducing tremors. She says this is in the facia. I am finding that my stress levels are slowly improving and my PTSD triggers are lowering whilst doing this work.
I don't want to add anything else into the mix at the moment (I get overwhelmed if working on too many things at a time) but am fascinated to learn more about the Bain Derivatif method.

Quote from Ourania on June 1, 2020, 11:30 pmStill going at 30 mins water method + 2 hours bottle method.
Sleep is very deep with lots of dreams. Some detox going on in the head and upper part of the body for both of us. More memories are coming back, maybe twice what happened on the diet alone.
I have a sudden change in appetite; for the last two days not hungry for more than two thirds of what I ate before. The reason we started this practice again was because we had very unpleasant detox effects for the last month on low A diet. They seem to have stopped!
Maybe more retinoid acid/cartonoids are moving out? This would be fantastic!
Sorry for the detail: more poo is coming out and it is wrapped in lymph.
@rachel What is this tremor method? Is it EFT? 🙂

No the tremoring is not EFT. I am working with a lady called Jessica Shaeffer and she calls her method nervous system reset. I believe it is very similar to TRE (trauma releasing exercises). She concentrates on calming your nervous system responses as you work on the tremoring which I like. I have been working with her for a few weeks now and already am seeing a reduction in my stress levels and responses.
It was hearing you mention the shivering and feeling your facia responding and freeing that made me mention it.
