A Painless Way to Detox : BAIN DERIVATIF
Quote from Ourania on June 2, 2020, 2:57 amThank you @Rachel. Actually, last night we both felt a slight tremor after laying down to sleep. It was just a few seconds, like the fascia singing! They say that surgeons operating on children see their fascia trebling, while the fascia of older sick people are like frozen in place.

Quote from Ourania on June 2, 2020, 7:35 amNo, I don't get this with hot water.
I do get it when listening to music. With the cold, we get it sometimes afterwards, maybe hours later.

Quote from Jiří on June 2, 2020, 8:21 am@ourania I have weird feeling/pains from my tonsils up. Jaw, under teeth, head and even scalp is somehow very sensitive so I can't even do dry brushing on my head. I know I have some toxins in tonsil basically my whole life. This cold bottle cooling places around my genitals definitely is doing something..

Quote from Ourania on June 2, 2020, 8:31 amGood luck! Slowly with time it will clear out I think. It reaches places you cannot reach with gymnastics.

Quote from lil chick on June 3, 2020, 11:42 amI've been digesting this info, here is what I think, and it might rise to the "TOO MUCH INFO" level of yucky so you've been warned.
Here is what I think the "shiver" is. I bet that you are right, that moving tissues around IS a good thing (because it gets the VA into motion), and I also think that extremes of temperature will also get the VA moving.
Once, a long time ago, I was thinking that my entire problem was yeast. (short story, it wasn't)
I ended up on some sort of list or blog in which the a woman was talking about the anal itching she was experiencing, and how if she wiped too much she would have a hard time stopping herself from wiping her butt raw. The term "orgasmic" was bandied about, but this really wasn't about sex or orgasm (just as the cold water shiver is compared to orgasm, but IS NOT). It was more on the idea that you might find that you might say that your back scratcher feels "orgasmic" and it is hard to know when to stop.
My guess is, this is INTERNAL ITCHING FROM DISTURBED VA moving around.
There is a "fevered pitch" that scratching a rash can reach. You can start to tremble. Ever have poison ivy so bad that you started to tremble?
Although you might not experience it, I think it CAN happen from when a person's underbits get blasted with hot water in the shower. (if they are storing VA there)
VA -- it's the scratch that itches.

Quote from lil chick on June 3, 2020, 11:45 amI had already, before this thread, started to consider that (non-destructive, controlled) scratching was probably beneficial.
Also, I think that facial exercises (which I was told by another migrainer to do) are beneficial in the same way.
Exercise and sex too.

Quote from Ourania on June 4, 2020, 1:24 am@lil-chick Several points in what you wrote:
- about orgasm. I know very well what orgasm(s) of different types are like, and this shiver has absolutely nothing to do with it. I do suspect that the anus lady was experiencing orgasms because she never had enough of them LOL Now you talk of this, it is entirely possible that orgasms move VA around. But this shiver is very subtle, comes at all times of day (or night maybe but I sleep so I don't know) during any kind of activity or rest. Maybe it comes to people who do not do Bains Derivatifs but they have not learned to recognize it. Of course, when you learn to recognize it, you notice it more easily. And maybe just that taking attention intensifies it.
- You think that the itching due to VA moving about creates that tickle. This could be, but the healthier I was, the more I felt this vibration, it was like if my body was a musical instrument. In fact many musical instruments are designed just to induce this shiver.
- There is a big difference between trembling, shivers, tremors induced by shower, dry brushing, tickling, laughter, EFT, beating your chest, whole body vibration, all other means of helping the fascia to move and to disperse VA and Bains derivatifs. The difference is these last ones expel lymph (more and more proof of that in my toilet), lymph which is lost but which contains retinoids.
- From what I understand, a common point to all these shiverings is the creation of BAT (brown fats), which seems to give the excellent results we see.
- Getting rid of the VA faster is an extra bonus, which I now realize is very important. Less recycling of VA YEAH!

Quote from Jiří on June 6, 2020, 3:13 am@ourania when I shake my body a lot almost like with vibrant machine I get itchy a reddish skin mainly on my stomach under chest. Wonder what that is about. I also wonder if when I have "sluggish and dirty" lymphatic fluid I should eat really low fat. Because fat before digestion goes to lymphatic fluid.. I notice when I try to eat more fat I can feel and see under my skin especially on chest like my lymph gets more thick.. I had also a lot of weird bumps in my fat tissue especially on my legs. Now when I roll my skin with my fingers I notice less bumps. Maybe it was vit A in fat tissue I don't know.
