Apple Cider Vinegar
Quote from lil chick on October 11, 2019, 12:27 pmThat's interesting John, I also backed off on my ACV taking, and have tried to make up the difference with other apple products. I drink the ACV when I WANT it. I try to let my tastes guide me. I especially want it when feeling bloated, or after exercize and sweating.

Quote from thomas on October 11, 2019, 3:48 pmI stopped ACV 2 months after this post to see how I do. To my surprise, i felt great and never went back to ACV again. My diet shifted to Grant style in July (beef, white rice, black beans, occasional peeled apple)

I have done this throughout my zero A diet of 18 months. I have had steady improvement without any detox setbacks. It seems like acidic fermented sauerkraut juice would be equivalent to apple cider vinegar. What do you think?
Garrett has identified celery and celery root as being helpful to the aldehyde dehydrogenase enzyme system, so that might be why that seems to have been helpful.
