Are Supplements Ruining the Low Vitamin A diet?
Quote from Joe2 on August 28, 2025, 12:35 pmHow many of the people we talk with about low vA go back to eating vA rich foods? How many return to eating liver and WAPF diet? How many return to supplementing with cod liver oil or vA supplements?
Had this conversation a few times with people in low vA diets. They were dissatisfied with how slow progress is. Or they were not convinced of any progress. Had similar conversations in last 60 years with more folk I can count about cigarettes, liquor, caffeine,............ Uniformly the conversation is with someone who may or may not have symptoms from whatever the item in question is. If they do have symptoms, they are so mild that it is easy to live with the symptoms and easier to doubt the cause of the symptoms. The folk who are convinced of symptoms caused by the item in question had symptoms severe enough they feel foolish denying cause and effect. They are not going back. It may be hard to decide what to do going forward, but the guy who can climb stairs all day nose breathing is determined. How important his breath is to him will play a determinant role in decisions going forward.
My uniform experience is that once satisfied that they have all the information I can give, that it is best to lean the other direction. Let them know, good on them. Glad they have such good experience with the item. By all means go with it. Let me know the results. Let me know if something changes. For sure, their results make me doubt my beliefs. Maybe that professional athlete has better wind from smoking a pack a day. Who knows? I have seen asthmatics profoundly helped by tobacco.
Either way, I am as interested in results of those taking in vA as with everyone else. That all said, I have seen more than my share of junkie's logic rationalizing continued use of what we can be fairly sure is something hostile to our existence. I have used more than my share of that logic too.
Astonishing how easy and routine it is to use that kind of logic on the ideas we add to the idea of reducing and depleting vA, vD, copper and all the other toxins. My relief of pain after starting in on charcoal 33 months ago was profound. Even so if I do not doubt everything I believe, then I am probably not doubting anything I believe enough. Last week I reduced and stopped taking in charcoal a couple times. Glad that I have other supplements down to current levels. Will go lower. Started skipping days couple months ago. Curious to see what life is like for a day, a week, a year on zero supplements. Charcoal will probably be the last to go without.
Feels like first time I jumped off something I felt was a too high to jump off of. I had that feeling like I was jumping off a building. Landing was cathartic. And more than a little anti-climatic. Or I could be like the man who jumped off the building. Asked by people at every floor, "how is it going?" He replies, "so far so good."

Quote from Tanveen on August 30, 2025, 8:05 pmWhat do you think Covid is a re-branding of? Retinoic acid poisoning? If illnesses we think of as autoimmune are actually poisonings, then yes I can see why the symptoms look similar.
I know people who had covid before the vaccine - it was not just flu. I’ve had Covid and it did not feel natural to me - yes, it seemed to have elements of flu, pneumonia (I had a lot of trouble breathing), brain ache, ME and food poisoning but it’s not like anything I’d experienced before. The poisonous vaccine was much worse. Both Covid and the vaccine can be lethal (I know at least 6 people who died after the vaccine and many others who have developed heart issues, cancer, Parkinson’s, autoimmune diseases etc). Different people may have had different strains/levels of toxicity so may be their symptoms were not as bad.
I thought it might be useful to look at success stories (if it is vitamin A poisoning) to see if they used supplements. Many claim supplements have helped them get better but then many of them are selling supplements.

Quote from Joe2 on August 31, 2025, 9:57 amBoth these guys are living their Munchausen fantasy lives. They are heroes in their own minds and working to form their own little subcults of larger cults. Good thing we have such incredibly intelligent athletes to lead the way through the shadows in Plato's cave. Now lets walk in some more circles so we feel better and by all means do not go outside in that scary sunlight and look at facts. Provable, falsifiable facts.
They are playing with all sorts of ideas that amount to learning to live with what they decide is a magic disease. Nevermind that they could have had any of a vast number of poisons causing symptoms. They could even have shared poisons and similar symptoms. The combinations of poisons and resulting combinations of symptoms are infinite. Claiming that this was obviously coophid because it was so different than anything else I ever had is baseless hyperbole. Definitive statements based on feelings are not evidence of facts.
You mentioned you KNOW of people who died or got sick with covid. You KNOW zero such facts. You suspect strongly. You opine. You speculate. Yeh sure. But you KNOW as much as FAUCI KNOWS anything.
All these long drawn out journals do is normalize the infantilization of science study. These tropes are a pretense at science. They presume prior knowledge that is not possible to have falsified or proven. They are as useful as claims that the universe formed 13 or 14 billion years ago in a Big Bang that formed from nothing into an infinitely expanding something that eventually will contract back into nothing.
The way I KNOW what I said above is true is that I move TOWARD cognitive dissonance. I hunt self contradictions. The universe is defined as "everything" and infinite. To discuss it as expanding defies the definition. If the universe is expanding, then what is outside the universe? Does that question point out the violations of the definition of the terms used throughout the trope?
The same happens when coophid and all the defined characteristics are examined and analyzed.
How many masks are we wearing today? Remember when decades of advanced medical science proved that masks were counter productive with viruses? And Fraudci admitted this? Then weeks later, he was telling us that everyone knows that we need to wear a mask? Then 2 masks? A few times even 3 masks? But no never a respirator or N95 mask. And oh yeh, incidentally, I lied about that no mask thing but it was for your own good so you need to believe me now. And believe me the next time I contradict myself.
How did flu disappear for a year? Ok sure. Virology is fraud all the way down and yet coophid violated all the dogma and doctrines that virology is based on.
Then there was the pcr test all the fraudulent statistics were based on. If not for the magic test, then there was zero evidence that anyone anywhere was in an epidemic let alone sick of the same cause. Cormen Drosten fraudulently made tens of millions of dollars with their conflicted interests publishing lies in their own fraudulent scientific journal just in time with fraudulent data out of China to come up with a pcr test formula that they could patent and collect royalties on all the government required pcr testing all over the world.
Consider the timeline Nick Hudson outlined of how the events that set up coophid psychological operation came down.
There were many stand-out moments during our conversation but one stood out more than others. Nick takes me through the timeline of the early days of COVID. I call it the timeline of bullshit and premeditation. Because once you have heard it, that is the only logical conclusion you can draw regarding the COVID “pandemic”.
Here is the timeline -
December 30, 2019: Unusual Pneumonia Case in China
An eye doctor in Wuhan, China identifies a “peculiar” case of atypical pneumonia. What was unusual about this case of pneumonia in a city of over 8 million remains a mystery.
January 5, 2020: WHO Identifies 44 Cases
The World Health Organization (WHO) identifies 44 cases of atypical pneumonia within five days of the initial observation, sparking the official recognition of a new and unknown threat.
January 7, 2020: Declaration of a New SARS-Like Virus
Within two days, health authorities declare the cause to be a new SARS-like virus. The number of identified cases jumps to 65 within three days.
January 10-13 2020: PCR Kits Shipped
Mr Drosten together with the owner of TIB Molbiol (a Berlin based manufacturer for PCR tests) develop the perfect test for a new virus the world has never seen, wow. The manufacturing of the first PCR kits for testing begins, and astonishingly, they are shipped just 11 days after the identification of the first patient!
January 10, 2020: First Gene Sequence Published
Simultaneously, on the same day the kits are shipped, the first gene sequence is published.
January 13, 2020: WHO Adopts Drosten's PCR Protocol
Within two days, the WHO adopts Christian Drosten's PCR protocol as the gold standard for testing the new disease.
January 22-23, 2020: Corman-Drosten Protocol Published
The now renowned Corman-Drosten protocol is published just 24 days after the initial identification of the mysterious pneumonia cases, going through peer review in an astonishing 27 hours.
January 24, 2020: Chinese Study on Clinical Symptoms
A study about specific clinical symptoms supposedly related to COVID is published in the New England Journal of Medicine.
January 30, 2020: Study on Asymptomatic Transmission
Just five days later, the first study on asymptomatic transmission is published in the NEJM.
Nick contends that each step in this 31-day timeline was not only questionable but also premeditated, challenging the authenticity and transparency of the narrative surrounding the early days of COVID-19.

Quote from Shannon on August 31, 2025, 2:34 pmSomething you mentioned caught my eye. You pointed out that the flu dissapeared during covid. Ive seen that mentioned alot before, but what I've not heard mentioned is the normalization of thousands of people dying from the flu. It wasn't that long ago that it was rare for people to die of the flu. If anyone died of the flu they were usually at least 90 to 100 years old and had developed pneumonia. Has anyone else noticed this? Don't think the flu shot is still not a big fat money maker just because covid eclipsed it. I just got a text today about how they are available and had to walk around a big sign at Walmart advertising shots.

Quote from lil chick on August 31, 2025, 3:16 pmThe only person I actually knew that died during covid was a person who ran right out and got the first wave of shots to protect his elderly mother. Then he had a humongous stroke, had clots through out his body, was put on a ventilator and died. He was about 60 years old. His elderly mother is still alive and in her 90's.
At the time all 4 of our parents were elderly (mid to late eighties) and eventually they all got covid and lived.
However, years before covid, we did have an elderly aunt die during flu season, she was already living in the nursing home and not well and it took her out.
Some say that the reason that many people died of covid early on was the hospitals put them on ventilators and they got pneumonia from not moving around and coughing (as is normal during flu). Ventilation was never a flu response before. Experimental.
In fact, my great grandmother died in the 1917 influenza outbreak and she actually died of lumbar pneumonia, not actually flu itself. I think that is how flu gets you, really. You don't die of the flu, but of the secondary infection.
