@inger It's definitely not a good thing, high serum b12 is implicated with various cancers and severe liver disease but it doesn't just mean those things can also be from blocked transport of b12 into the cells and microbiome issues.

maybe when vitamin A toxic, the B12 values will be high because liver is suffering...
