Butter and Ghee

What's your diet like at the moment? I assume you haven't gone low-A yet. If so, can you just eat a little bit of liver (beef or chicken, you can try to buy organic in order to be sure there's as little of other toxins as possible) and see what happens?

Quote from Carnivore on October 28, 2022, 6:22 am@tommy A toxin is any substance that has negative health impacts and plants are full of them. That's why plant eaters have HUGE guts with lots and lots of different microbes to deal with the loads of plant toxins they consume and turn them into something that is non-toxic to a mammal. The rest is stored in organs or fatty tissue or excreted if possible. Vitamin A is a candidate and there are many others. Names are not important. Just that they are removed from the diet.
What has improved since giving up butter? Mental clarity, energy level, skin all keep improving on just ground beef and water. However, I'm going to eat only pork next week for variety and to see if I notice any changes.
