Cherry Angioma

PreviousPage 3 of 3

Yes the cholestasis liver theory is just a theory but it does explain how toxicity ends up in the blood. However as you say it could just be detoxing hard.

The vitamin C question has plagued me as too much creates oxalates and slows vA detox enzymes, but if you have a deficiency this creates issues too. I’m taking a small amount since connecting to cherry angiomas. The TLO group say less than 250mg is fine. I also eat some fruit/veg containing vC. I’m just taking the view with most thing now that moderation and caution is the best way. Small amounts of things are probably helpful but overdoing is not. However, I don’t think we can ignore all the deficiencies caused by toxicity. I’ve found taking some B1 helps anxiety when bought on by toxicity (rather than stressful thoughts).

I have noticed that sometimes a particular area of my rosacea will come to the surface and at the very end of that "detox" there will be a burst of blood.   This is something that didn't happen before I lowered my VA.   Could it be some sort of apoptosis that has been getting put off?

Vit C overdosing is as bad as other vits to the point our bodies stopped producing it. 😉 Basically once you get rid from excessive A certain receptors previously saturated with A become unlocked unless other vitamins/supplements(like polyphenols i.e. so called " bioactive compounds") start to lock them, accumulating repair debt among other things.

@rockarolla interesting thread. I think anything that induces cherry angiomas is an indication that detox is going too fast or, as in the case of covid, something has further damaged the liver. In fact the extreme stress could have damaged the liver too, as could an oxalate dump. So either going too fast or the liver getting worse so the detox works less well (more backfiring into blood).

Both result in the same thing...more toxicity in the blood. This is key I think. It’s toxicity in blood that causes many symptoms. Deficiencies can be caused too.

Edit: so an extreme ‘dump’ of toxicity (vA, copper etc) into the blood (for whatever reason) could cause a sudden massive depletion of say vC in people already low and cause the cherry angiomas in some people. If it is a sudden extreme vC depletion I’m taking the view that keeping a reasonable level of vC in body could protect?? All theory/guesswork!

I’m no longer a fan of anything that creates too many symptoms. I want to get this toxicity out of my body in a low and slow way so I just get slowly better. I don’t care if it takes years as long as I’m marching slowly in the right direction. I don’t want to cause myself collateral damage while it exits. Some things are not in my control though (like catching covid).
