I don't dismiss anything. I just said what people should do to detox all heavy metals and not worry about each individually.

This is what I take for silica https://www.geosilica.com/products/pure-natural-silica-minerals

Do you notice anything? I've tried this particular product in the past. I couldn't tell if it was actually doing anything.

I just started 2 weeks ago my first bottle. I will do 2 bottles full dose 10ml-200mg and after that will keep taking like half the dose long term.

I don't feel any symptoms of alu detox so far. I think I am not loaded with aluminium. I have issues with other elements.

I know that most sources even from food is not well absorbed. The only type of silica that can actually be absorbed in some decent amount is in liquid form like this one or beer is somewhat ok source as well.. But I don't drink alcohol and I am gluten free. Most people get their silica from beer and grains..

Rich people know why they are drinking their FIJI water.. Great source of silica.. Geosilica is basically the same thing just much much more concentrated. Most importantly affordable for most people. Which FIJI water is not..

@joe2 When I ordered geosilica first time from local fitness influencer he sent me the version with copper, but he put translation label over the original that said it is pure without anything added. He probably run out of PURE so he gave what he had and was thinking that I will not notice hehe. I called him wtf and he was like iti s the same thing just minerals added. I sad nope I want refund heh.

I know this guy in Arizona he might want to get a job with.

Wow.  Just wow.

Nice.  Thank you.  Yeh.  Fiji is not cheap.  Hard to stock up too.

I so want Exley looking at this site.  Might happen.  Guy reminds me of Tim Noakes and a few others.  They read their readers' replies and comments.  They adjust their topics and writing accordingly.  Only the best scientists and writers do that.  Much as Grant has.  Authors who ignore or worse yet censor their feedback to the point of manipulating results are well, not worth it.

Will try to purchase from the company in Iceland.  They said they ship to US.

@joe2 I think this one should be good as well https://cz.iherb.com/pr/eidon-ionic-minerals-ionic-minerals-silica-18-oz-533-ml/25998?gad_campaignid=22043006358&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjw5onGBhDeARIsAFK6QJbD7JW_cPmPcPUbqoIqOjnSGzeGuKQ0R8dLOdW76H06AYmxOHLNt8YaAh3VEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds

Remember on previous threads we talked about the guy who went back to his homeland to die and forgot?    He went back to a volcanic homeland...

Another way that perhaps we can renew soil is by utilizing fresh crushed stone dust in our vegetable gardens.   Makes things grow like crazy, the worms eat it first, then the plants eat what the worms cast out.   It takes a year or two.

I would guess that chickens create stone dust (and release new silica, if it is there?)  in their crops, grinding stones together.   Chicken poop makes things grow like crazy too.   I suppose the good thing then ends up in the eggs and meat (at least if they are free to eat little rocks to their heart's content).

Is grounding (ie going barefoot) possibly beneficial because we get in contact with silica and other minerals we may need?   Also, bathing in the sea.    I know my grandmother said that her (old country) ancestors believed you should swim in the sea a few times per year for best health.

I asked Exley about "Pure."  He is sharp.  Bet I will get a reply back soon.  Thinking he will like that source.  Sounds like they are bottling silicic acid from volcanic source.  He has repeated said any other form of silica is a no go.  I used to buy horsetail tea in bulk thinking to get more silica.  Am trying to read though his book and all his substacks now while reading back on Grant's blog.  Apparently, he has rated many sources for their aluminum detox abilities.

Appreciate this one though.  I ordered from Iceland last night.  So many kroners.  BTW, why did you try buying from that not so honest health coach guy instead of just buying from the source?

Completely makes sense.  I remember something about Justin Rhode's trip to Hawaii to youtube a Hawaiian farmer chicken tractoring across seriously volcanic soils.  Yep, some day.  Want to swim in shallow ocean water far away form industrial areas.  Shallow enough to keep sharks and jellyfish out.  Thinking about it, we might start growing and feeding some horsetail to our chickens again.

This is off topic but is anyone here keeping track of the changes of the lines in their palms? I'm seeing things like more definition in the left as opposed to the right and etc. I mean I know the skin is a window in to what we're doing and I feel that we're forgetting about... palmistry! lol

but seriously. we should check on these things.

Supposedly in palmistry the left palm is about what is kind of "programmed" into you, and right hand about how you manage your life. And when you're young your left palm lines are more defined than right's. Today I don't see much difference in mines.

In your case it might mean that you're fulfilling your potential. In my exhaustive 3 minute web search I learned that the non dominant hand indicates potential, and the dominant what was done with it, meaning I'm a slacker (dead easy for me to believe). I don't know whether palmistry is legit but I'm certain that such refined skin would be apt to change on a vitamin a deplete diet. This is something worth keeping track of.

Actually I expressed it bad, my lines on both hands are different (so I think potential unfulfilled / used differently) but the level of definition is similar. Don't know if it's legit neither, but it was fun reading about as a teen.

I often look at this website https://acu-cell.com/gesi.html

They have proper mindset when it comes to elements. You see many "experts" on the internet have their favorite mineral and so they push it a lot and they don't like others etc. That is completely wrong viewpoint. Because when it comes to essential minerals there is no such thing as good or bad mineral. The body needs all of them. The only thing that matters are ratios. If you have too much or too little of that mineral and you don't see anywhere on that website telling zinc is good copper is bad for example. Because it is not. It is all about balance. Too much of a good thing becomes bad for your etc.. So just don't focus just on silica. We need everything in balance. That's why I like hair testing. Because for now it is the only test that can show you at least somewhat accurate how balanced your elements in the body are..

Anyways you can see what they say about horsetail "Silica from Horsetail: Low potassium, dehydration, Vitamin B1 deficiency, may produce symptoms of nicotine exposure due to nicotine content."

Simply plants are problematic..

Btw why I ordered from local guy and not directly? Because I had shipping for free.. So why would I pay for shipping from Iceland. 🙂 But now I know that guy is shitty person and I will not buy from him again. He tries to copy business  of other guy here from our country.

His nick name is Adam Raw. Crazy fan of high quality stuff from nature. https://www.adamraw.cz/ So he always buys whole pallet from Iceland and distributes it here in Czech Rep. to other eshops.. Heh even our best MMA fighter Jiri Prochazka has eshop and he takes stuff from him. I was ordering this one from Prochazka.

Anyways I think when it comes to silica like I said it has to be in liquid form. There is a lot of food high in silica like bamboo shoots for example. But it is more good source of fiber than silica. Because simply that silica is bound to that fiber and so you can absorb hardly any.. I am sure animals like cows can absorb all the silica they need from plants. We can't.. Horsetail has other issues as you can see.. So the best is naturally occurring in water for sure..
