Christopher Exley - Aluminum poisoning
Quote from Livy on October 29, 2025, 5:16 amHi everyone, came across this interesting article about some hitherto unrecognised consequences of aluminium-loaded vaccines, which also offers helpful possible solutions or at least ways to mitigate the effects... A good read!
Vaccine injuries, Beer and Steak
Source: https://miriaf.co.uk/neurodiversity-needles-and-9am-gin/
We don’t have a crisis of mental illness in modern society, as much as we have a crisis of neurological injury. Entire generations are walking around with various degrees of brain damage, and wondering why – despite appearing to have every advantage in life, just as Marian Keyes and my old friend Catherine did – they are suffering so terribly.
I referenced in my last article what an astonishing drop in achievement and social mobility there was between the Baby Boomers and the Millennials, and whilst this has been entirely blamed on social and economic factors – which certainly come into it – I suspect there is a rather large, needle-shaped elephant in the room.
Her suggestions:
Beer isn’t the only source of orthosilicic acid – certain mineral waters have it too, including Volvic and Fiji and many others around the world (look for a silica content of 30ppm or more on the label) – but beer is nevertheless a very powerful aluminium detoxifier (and non-alcoholic beer works too).
So, imagine if you have sustained a childhood brain injury relating to aluminium, but from the age of 18, are regularly visiting the pub and having a few pints of orthosilicic acid rich IPA. By the age of 35, your body burden of aluminium is likely to be markedly less than the person who sat at home every night drinking wine – which not only doesn’t remove aluminium, but actively contains it.

Quote from Janelle525 on October 29, 2025, 6:01 amI love hearing that we could change the autism epidemic just by not vaccinating it sounds so idealistic!! unfortunately it's not so simple. My first son has Asperger's and severe OCD and he is unvaccinated. He only received the vit K shot at birth. I was vaccinated up until teenage yrs, so it's possible I had an aluminum load in my body, but my second son has ADHD. Completely un-needled. Both me and my husband display signs of neurodivergence and in our families, who were not as vaccinated as we were.

Quote from Livy on October 29, 2025, 6:28 amHi @janelle525,
I'm very sorry to hear that, Janelle. Perhaps you could all try lowering your aluminium loads (yours from vaccines, and your sons' - possibly picked up from you while in the womb?) just to see what happens? I've just ordered some Fiji water and will report back if I (and my son in particular) experience any benefit, no matter how small.

Quote from lil chick on October 29, 2025, 8:48 amPerhaps autism and aspburgers might be two distinctly different things and not a spectrum.
IMO, I come from a family of people who could also be considered aspie. It just seems to be an inherited personality with us. My dad is literally a rocket scientist. He goes for a walk with the dog and comes back with an empty leash. Absent minded genius. I'm a hermit. If I hang with people for a while, I need equal alone-time to feel like a human again. Anyone in my family can end up with "video lock" at any time. Intense focus that you can speak your way through. We're thinking.
OCD, like several other brain issues... perhaps vitamin A related?
When your child is learning to talk, hitting all their milestones, and making eye contact, and you get them a shot and they never look at you again, and forget all the words they knew, and end up never hitting another milestone.... then to me that is autism... via shot.
Aspie: introverted, intense concentration, low desire/ability to fit into cultural norms, high IQ... no real issues with brain health growing up. According to my mother I could speak in sentences at age one and I could read before kindergarten. How is that anything like autism?

Quote from Tanveen on October 29, 2025, 10:02 amLivy - I agree with you about vaccine poisoning - mine was too sudden and extreme after the Covid vaccine to argue otherwise. There could be many causes and many types of poisoning - vaccines, over-fortification of food, glyphosate and other pesticides, chemicals in everyday life (cleaning products), vitamins themselves, passed down from mother to baby.

Quote from lil chick on October 29, 2025, 10:54 amYes, there is overlap, and I do feel that I was injured by vaccines (several times, as an adult). Everyone wants the dream of vaccines... it's a beautiful dream. The reality is quite different.

Aspergers is still considered on the spectrum because there is usually lack of social skills and inability to read other people very well. And that runs in both sides of mine and my husband's family. When my son was 2 he lined up toys instead of played with them and did typical autism stimming behaviors. I think the poisoning is from many causes not just vaccines. As we get closer to the end of times our DNA is loaded with errors.

Quote from lil chick on October 29, 2025, 11:01 amThere was once a really good GFCF list, perhaps others remember it. The leader was someone who felt the same way (aspie traits handed down through family are a separate thing than autism). She had a notion that people like that have more sensitive brains (for example, my rocket scientist dad), and that these brains are more likely to be set off. A "delicate instrument" per se...perhaps like a Stradivarius might be more likely to go out of tune than a fiddle.
This is perhaps how you end up with a child like the "Rainman"? Savant--type autism.
My father's mother was said to be brilliant, could look at any garment and sew it without a pattern. But she wasn't resilient, she had many tragedies in her life and instead of bouncing back, she gave in...
My guess for autism via shot is that, by the luck of the draw the vaccine rushes to the brain, and the brain floods the area with VA and everything else it can throw at it. I can totally see that the same thing might happen if a parasite or germ got to the brain-- so it isn't necessarily just from shots.
I know twins and one is severely autistic and the other is not. They probably had the same vaccines from the same lots, shared the same womb, stare loads of DNA (don't know if they are identical).

Quote from lil chick on October 29, 2025, 11:12 amI think my point of view is that the method of shot giving itself is a flawed idea... and is like Russian roulette. Maybe it will stay in the arm, and often does. Maybe it gets mainlined to the pancreas or the brain or the gut. And then the body attacks the interloper. (and if you are VA overloaded, you may have lots of firepower). To me, getting rid of this additive or that additive isn't going to solve the issue.

You're an INTP! Well known to be hermits. I can relate. I can be alone for long stretches of time without losing my sanity. Actually, I really need my alone time, too. But you would never think I was an introvert because I can also be very chatty and outgoing. I'm kind of like a social chameleon.
Not everyone is equally interested in socializing. I wouldn't make the lack of desire a pathology. As long as you can function, there is no issue.
Also, you've expressed humor. And it's obvious from your many posts that you have quite an active mind. I doubt you're an Asperger. Or your dad. People have a tendency to pathologize all sorts of idiosyncrasy these days.
Generally, I think psychiatric labels are useless. They put tremendous shame on people. And they rarely help improve their lives. Instead, they start to see themselves as victims. The labels only benefit Big Pharma, which has a pill for every diagnosis ready in the drawer. I've said it many times and keep repeating myself: Psychiatry is a sham. Therapy mostly too, with a few exceptions (TEAM-CBT being one, spearheaded by David Burns).
