Hahaha, yeah, it certainly defies any common conception of what breakfast looks like. I wouldn't mind oats and apple juice either. Meat is so much more easily digestible.

I eat 120g of oats cooked in 500ml water with added 50g of whey protein and pink salt. I eat this breakfast for like 4 months now and it works great for me. I can eat this breakfast at 5:15 AM and ride my bike to work where I walk and lift things all the time and my next meal is at 10:00 AM 200g turkey thigh with 100g basmati rice and some cucumer and pink salt. Zero drop in energy. So stable blood sugar that's exactly what I need from breakfast.. For me is very important to not add any fast carbs to that breakfast. That would spike my insulin too much and I would crash like two hours later with low blood sugar.. Btw I am drinking goat kefir now and it's great. When I drink it it feels like it digest instantly. 300ml at once and I don't feel it in the stomach at all.. I want to drink up to 1000ml a day. It gives me 2000iu of vit A. Will see if it's ok. It is my only source of vit A. With goat dairy I feel like my diet is complete. Finally good source of bioavailable calcium.. I also started with K2/D3.  I always had very bad nails. Now they are strong like crazy.. Hopefully my teeth will remineralize as well..

Would you list the brands that you use? Oats, goat kefir, bioavailable calcium, whey protein?  Thanks.

heh that "bioavailable calcium" is in goat milk. 🙂 I used all kinds of calcium supplements. but I think they are more harmful than helpful..  Oats are gluten free old fashioned,  Whey protein without any additives is https://www.volactive.com/products/core/ultrawhey90.htm   and goat milk is from the place on the YT video

Btw I don't buy their kefir. I made my own with kefir grains. It's super easy.. What is fascinating about the kefir grains nobody knows their origin.. They even tried replicated them in the lab, but without success.. People use them like 5000 years.. They grow really fast in the milk. So when you have a lot of them(you need like 2-3 tbsps of them to make 1L of kefir) so people sell them or give them for free.. I have them from some kind guy who is giving them for free.. He gave me small amount like not even 1tbsp. So I started making just 250ml of kefir and every day increased the amount of milk. After 6 days they doubled in size and I make 800ml of kefir already form it. I do also second fermentation. Which is I ferment the milk with grains 24 hours in room temperature and after than another 24 hours, but without grains. So I rotate two jars. SO I have every day new.. Second fermentation increases B vitamins a lot, also there is zero lactose, more easily digestible proteins especially the casein is broken down, more microbiotics.. One 250ml glass has like full bottle of probiotics.. I need to make sure that I take some extra molybdenum. So I can process the aldehyde or whatever is in it..

That's amazing that the grains have been passed on for that long and not even scientists can find an original source.
After watching the video you linked on how to make it, seeing how she put orange peel and other fruits, I think this may be promising in resolving my gut/mold/bad bacteria/digestion issues.

I am pretty certain the foods I eat are rotting and feeding bad bacteria. And kefir seems to turn these fruits into something good and nutritional, all of which have caused me gut issues.  So I'm guessing if I were to have consume enough kefir or have it colonize my gut, it may neutralize the foods that reek havoc in me.

I'm actually goin to start first with goat kefir from Sprouts Market.

Do you think the Kefir Grains off Amazon is good enough?  Have you eaten the grains? Would that be beneficial in some way?

@john the fruit added to the kefir during second fermentation is just for flavoring. It doesn't have any other special purpose.. But kefir for sure should balance microbiome. But you need to eat prebiotic fiber. So soluble fiber from apples, onions, legumes etc.. Yes I was eating the grains when I was doing kefir before I find out about vit A toxicity I was doing a lot of cowsmilk kefir. The grains grow fast. You can give them to people or even sell them.  I was eating them.. 🙂 Like you said it's amazing that they have been passed between people for so long. That means it does good for people. Otherwise they would be long gone.. Just google if anybody in your area doesn't sell them or giving them for free.. In my case it was 2 minutes on the internet and I found guy in my city who is giving them for free to people..
