We sometimes make our own hash after having a boiled dinner. Around St. Patricks time you can find briskets that are a more natural color. Trader Joes has them. I'm forgetting what the difference is tho. Sometime I will buy a few extra and throw them in the freezer. Hubs really likes CBH.
