However, she prescribed me 2 antifungal prepparates(including Fluconazole). So, she's not sure of her conclusions. With giardiasis, there would be eosinophilia. Aparently, Candida. And this is bad news, with Candida is going to have a long fight. And a long VA detox.

I also suspect that there is something in common between exposure to EMF, riboflavin deficiency and candidiasis. Common symptoms, such as redness of the whites of the eyes and angular cheilitis. I feel like I'm going to have to really change my lifestyle to eradicate this.

Candida feeds on sweet blood. It seems that our low vA diet seriously lowers blood sugar. I think candida only happens to neutralize poisons.

Careful with anti fungals, they often brutally lower thiamine.

Good luck with your new fate lines!

There is definitely a link between vitamin A and insulin resistance. But I wouldn't say I have any signs of it. I also think that the dusty air that we breathe indoors has a huge role. After each enema, I have a strong desire to breathe fresh air. So much so that I actually vacuumed the house yesterday. And any desire to sit at the computer disappears. Candida definitely likes dusty air and EMF.

I am now convinced that the microbiome has a huge impact on our thoughts, desires and actions. And doctors are very far from understanding this.

I don't look like a typical Candida client. I have a fast metabolism, high fever, warm hands. I'm skinny. If I don't eat something that can cause me constipation, I can time 3 hours and I will get what I ate. But damn it, I'm coming out of whole tablespoons of candida.

That's my experience too. The microbiome has such a great influence on us it's hard to overestimate it. It's just who to tackle it? For instance, you want your upper gastrointestinal tract to be rather free of any bacteria, it's the large intestine where bacteria are welcome and break down fiber. I've used antibiotics in the past to lower bacterial load. My tongue is still coated, like fur. It's not candida tough. I've had a gastroenterologist look at it once and confirmed it was bacteria. Activated charcoal helps too and is even recommended to take by Grant to absorb circulating bile which has retinoic acid attached to it. Excess bacteria aka SIBO is also contributing to poor sleep.

I also have a plaque on my tongue. But it's easy to clean off, so I don't think it's candida. And I also think it's dead bacteria. I noticed that it increases after eating milk, egg whites and chicken. But not beef. Now I thought it might be because of the antibiotics in the food.

I also have leukoplakia on my gums, which appeared after starting a low-VA diet. It is obviously caused by vitamin A.

Saliva also provides antimicrobial activity through numerous proteins and peptides including mucins, lactoferrin, lysozyme, lactoperoxidase, statherin, histatins and secretory immunoglobulin A.

Perhaps Hypervitaminosis A contributes to dysbiosis of the mouth (and gut) by inhibiting the production of one or more of these antimicrobial substances.

If you're having problems with sulfur/protein like that it's probably low stomach acid. Things like lemon water and pineapple can help with that. That's prob why you're getting the white biofilm on your tongue.

I wouldn't say that I have a low one. Rather the opposite. If I take a tablespoon of vinegar, I am highly likely to have heartburn.
