Quote from zerocool on October 8, 2021, 11:51 amA lot of times heartburn is caused by low stomach acid. And also ACV can irritate your stomach lining which will cause the feeling of heartburn. But you know your body better than me...just telling you something that is common with sulfur intolerance. Methionine, cysteine and taurine are sulfur containing amino acids that are high in animal foods, they take a lot of stomach acid to break down properly.
Edit: For example, do you have problems with garlic or onions? Those don't have vitamin A, but are high in sulfur. *Could* be an indication of low stomach acid.

I definitely had problems with leafy onions before, but not tubers. Strangely, I recently ate quite a lot of raw onions and garlic without any negative effects.

Quote from Даниил on October 9, 2021, 7:55 amI can also take calcium carbonate without any negative effects. I suspected earlier that I had problems with histamine. But the serum analysis showed the norm.

Quote from Даниил on October 9, 2021, 8:31 amIf anyone doesn't know, my problems are ADHD, poor balance, acne, jaundice, varicose veins, sometimes constipation, white plaque on the tongue, tooth sensitivity. Any redness (eczema?) and dark spots on the skin. It also seems to me that I am sensitive to EMF in terms of my ADHD. My brainfog really went through 2 months of diet and dandruff, if not disappeared, decreased very significantly.

Quote from Даниил on October 10, 2021, 3:07 amToday I had skin peeling again. I had the same thing when I took vitamin A. And I had it when I first started this diet. The third time can be said. Apparently, I'm still poisoned. For more than three months of the diet.

Quote from Даниил on October 10, 2021, 5:24 amI forgot to say that I passed a stool test for mushrooms. And it found nothing. However, it is interesting that the analysis is performed for a week, and they did it in a day. I do not know if they are very good and they should be praised, or if this is just a hoax.
I'm starting to suspect that ADHD may just be a symptom of candidasis. Interestingly, caffeine is used to treat it. It is also considered a strong antifungal and it is used to fight candida. It can cause ADHD indirectly by releasing acids and changing the PH of the blood, which causes the body to throw out minerals such as calcium and magnesium.
I'm also interested in what @ourania said. One of my problems is that I fall into hypoglycemia, and I need to eat often. Although my appetite has noticeably decreased since the beginning of this diet, but I still need to be fed often. And once I really had hypoglycemia in my blood.
@rockarolla also wrote somewhere that yeast releases CO2. And patients with IBS have a lot of CO2. Maybe this is all an attempt to compensate for low CO2? I have symptoms of IBS, although in general my digestion is working well. It is also interesting that thiamine increases CO2 and causes yeast overgrowth as well. I wonder if this is what the effect is mediated by? Anyway, I stopped taking it. Although I've been stabbing it all time, just in case.
Interestingly, pork, like alcohol, correlates with cirrhosis of the liver. Alcohol causes candida to grow. And Haidut published a study that cirrhosis is mediated by candida. And from here my brain concludes that Candida loves pork. Maybe because of B1.
In general, as always, I have a lot of thoughts and they are all in a mess. But maybe someone will read it and find something worthwhile here.

Quote from Даниил on October 12, 2021, 1:22 pmI also started noticing that people around me are starting to suffer from sclerosis, it seems. They begin to forget the facts of life, confuse dates, etc. En mass. Everything is fine with me! Although I have chronic vitamin A toxicity here. Something global is happening, it seems to me.

Quote from Hermes on October 12, 2021, 2:33 pmSounds like general amnesia you're describing. I couldn't confirm your observation, but I don't feel as sharp as a tack, often a little dim, actually, and I wish I was more present, focused and generally sharper. Do you have any hypothesis why that might be that people are more forgetful?

Quote from Beata on October 12, 2021, 2:52 pm@daniil, so the question is: what happened in the last couple of years that was not there before?
5G must have some influence on how we all feel. I also noticed something else and I might have lost my mind to make any connection with 5G. I noticed that wild mushrooms grow like mad this year. I am on several mushroom forums and the pictures of people’s hauls are incredible. So, does radiation and mushrooms have anything in common? I wish I knew.
Also people are getting vaxxed. Is it possible that they experience subtle changes in their mental faculties? I think it is a good theory.
Otherwise, the whole covid drama might also have a global depressing influence. Fear, worries, despair do not bring the best in people.
