5G must have some influence on how we all feel. I also noticed something else and I might have lost my mind to make any connection with 5G. I noticed that wild mushrooms grow like mad this year. I am on several mushroom forums and the pictures of people’s hauls are incredible. So, does radiation and mushrooms have anything in common? I wish I knew.
Also people are getting vaxxed. Is it possible that they experience subtle changes in their mental faculties? I think it is a good theory.
Otherwise, the whole covid drama might also have a global depressing influence. Fear, worries, despair do not bring the best in people.I wonder if the mushrooms are in our intestine... Too? Brr

Quote from Даниил on October 17, 2021, 4:23 pmInterestingly that I cried yesterday while watching the movie. I'm not sure that this movie hooked me so much, I haven't cried for many years (except when I took antidepressants). I don't know if it's good or bad and if it's a detox effect.

Quote from Ourania on October 18, 2021, 1:40 am@daniil After 4 months on the diet my husband started crying watching movies. I too cried a few times, and I had spent more than 20 years without crying! I think hormones are working better and allowing more emotions. Also the epithelial cells lining lacrymal ducts must have shed and left way for new fresh supple ducts. Getting younger from the inside!
Anyway, I think it is good, if tears can flow freely there is less risk of dry eyes and all their painful and dangerous consequences.
Well done!

This could be a result of an elevated cortisol i.e. it seems you could be chronically and highly stressed. The best thing to destress yourself is calories(glucose from starches) ramp + extra sleep.
I have a strong suspicion that in the absence of extra A, calories demand becomes higher and, unless satisfied, cortisol and adrenaline become elevated (like during low carb diet). This could be easily detected if the high calorie meal brings [extra] sleepiness since chronically elevated stress hormones very often lead to continuous sleep dept(non restorative sleep).

I hear you. I definitely see an increased appetite. There's a big BUT, what about weight gain? Is there anything to circumvent it? I certainly could slim down a little.

I've had drowsiness all my life, I think. But recently it has decreased significantly. However, milk is now the only product that causes this. Cottage cheese - no. I wonder why this is so. Are there antibiotics in the milk?
BTW, some biofilms with urine are constantly coming out of me on this diet. I had the same thing when I took iodine.
My appetite has noticeably decreased on this diet, but I still fall into hypoglycemia. My BMI is stable and =22.

Increased appetite is a very good sign - congratulations. 🙂
Well, weight gain could follow but in most cases eventually stabilize at 5..15 kg extra. Also you can play around the diet a bit to see which foods result in the weight gain (for various complicated reasons) - some common suspects are dairy, unsaturated fats and too much fiber(SCFA). I'm sure some bland diets like meat+rice based protect against weight gain much more than so called free unrestricted eating ... and without compromising overall calories intake. 🙂 actually sometimes dropping dairy alone could be enough to halt weight gain

Quote from Даниил on October 18, 2021, 1:01 pmIn my experience, it is very difficult to get fat if you do not eat PUFA. I also think that calcium is good for weight loss.

Quote from rockarolla on October 18, 2021, 1:07 pmAre there antibiotics in the milk?
Milk is like one huge antibiotic to protect newborn with undeveloped immune system from all sorts of pathogens, even some milk proteins are strong anti bacterials.
My appetite has noticeably decreased on this diet, but I still fall into hypoglycemia. My BMI is stable and =22.
Hypoglycemia happens when your liver is too slow to satisfy the [increased] demands for blood glucose, but at the same time you still have enough of it(in reserves) or else you'd get mild hyperglycemia aka so called "diabetes type 2" (more common and worser case, since additionally stress hormones become more elevated).
BTW, some biofilms with urine are constantly coming out of me on this diet. I had the same thing when I took iodine.
Your case seems to be fairy complex - maybe you should research some antibiotics, since unfortunately there is always sort of a constant race between pathogens and immune system for glucose and sometimes the later becomes starved from it even on adequate intake - in this case abxs could help.
Also if your BMI is stable you could be in starvation state - it's much less risky to get a couple of kilos from extra calories than to constantly starve yourself, since you are starving your immune system too as well as part of it devoted to overcoming chronic sickness conditions.
