Milk is like one huge antibiotic to protect newborn with undeveloped immune system from all sorts of pathogens, even some milk proteins are strong anti bacterials.
My appetite has noticeably decreased on this diet, but I still fall into hypoglycemia. My BMI is stable and =22.
Hypoglycemia happens when your liver is too slow to satisfy the [increased] demands for blood glucose, but at the same time you still have enough of it(in reserves) or else you'd get mild hyperglycemia aka so called "diabetes type 2" (more common and worser case, since additionally stress hormones become more elevated).
BTW, some biofilms with urine are constantly coming out of me on this diet. I had the same thing when I took iodine.
Your case seems to be fairy complex - maybe you should research some antibiotics, since unfortunately there is always sort of a constant race between pathogens and immune system for glucose and sometimes the later becomes starved from it even on adequate intake - in this case abxs could help.
Also if your BMI is stable you could be in starvation state - it's much less risky to get a couple of kilos from extra calories than to constantly starve yourself, since you are starving your immune system too as well as part of it devoted to overcoming chronic sickness conditions.
What are the antibiotics that are safe for candidiasis?
For some reason it seems to me that these pathogens have accumulated in me before, and now they are dying. I can hardly believe that such a large bacterial mass can multiply so quickly, although who knows. The tests show nothing.

Tests show nothing because all chronic infections are intracellular thus generating little to no antibodies.
Minocycline could be the safest one to increase immune resistance against candida, as an inhibitor too(small bonus):
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC478100/
But the dose ideally should be really small like at most 25mg every 2..4 days otherwise you will greatly suppress your immune system and end result will be further candida grow..
I'd drop all dairy at least temporary as a test since for example extra lactoferrin from it could suppress too much besides so called "human lactoferrin" is already generated by WBCs in required quantities. Also lauric acid is another suspect that could be doing more harm than good.
For some reason it seems to me that these pathogens have accumulated in me before, and now they are dying.
This is also possible.

Not eating dairy is not a problem, but isn't lactoferrin destroyed by homogenization?
I'll try monocycline sometime and report the results.
Btw, do you think bad intestinal motility could be related to this?

The problem with whey is that it itself seems to be an antibacterial: https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s13594-015-0246-1
according to this https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5577213/ lactoferrin is one of the whey protein components 🙂
Whey protein is composed of several bioactive fractions including glycomacropeptide, β-lactoglobulin, α-lactalbumin and lactoferrin, ahhh .. all this "bioactive stuff" with poorly researched and defined properties 😉

I hear you. I definitely see an increased appetite. There's a big BUT, what about weight gain? Is there anything to circumvent it? I certainly could slim down a little.
Increased appetite is a very good sign - congratulations.
Well, weight gain could follow but in most cases eventually stabilize at 5..15 kg extra. Also you can play around the diet a bit to see which foods result in the weight gain (for various complicated reasons) - some common suspects are dairy, unsaturated fats and too much fiber(SCFA). I'm sure some bland diets like meat+rice based protect against weight gain much more than so called free unrestricted eating ... and without compromising overall calories intake.
actually sometimes dropping dairy alone could be enough to halt weight gain
The first person to congratulate me on having more appetite. 🙂 So much of it is backward these days. My diet is pretty simple: meat, honey, sugar, some starch but not too much since it aggravates sleep problems. How much I pray to the gods for the glorious restful sleep, if only it wasn't that much of a lucky punch each night.
This whole discussion about antibiotics eludes me. I've taken some in the past, mainly Doxycycline to reduce the bacterial load in the small intestine. But about the immune system? Not sure I follow the gist.
As for the body temperature: Maybe you want to check out Steve Richfield's site http://fixlowbodytemp.com/ where he talks about how to permanently increase body temperature to the normal 37 C (98.6 F). He suspects a third of the population to suffer from low body temperature. It makes you more susceptible to illness. It's something I've been meaning to try, but I guess I'm still not quite in the position to make the shift. Grant mentions in his seven-year update that he is more resilient to cold weather. Since depleting vitamin A in March 2019, I've become much more aware of my body temperature and also need much more clothing for sleep. But again, sleep remains messy because of SIBO. I think vitamin A actually has protected against it. And so I'm playing around with different supplements... what a rabbit hole. I think that for a successful body temperature reset it's ideal to be on as few supplements as possible.

This is some advanced tricks with abxs I've learned from Marshall ideas @ mpkb.org (*) that for chronic disease states mega/standard dosing is almost always useless since it leads to relapse in like 90% of all cases and only mini dose pulsing should be used instead to not modulate immune system while at the same time make it more healthy by cleaning out pathogens residing in white cells(primary monocytes).
doxy is worser than minocycline since it penetrate immune cells not as well, also there is additionally azithromycin which could be combined with mino and in case of azithro cells even actively soak it in, like they do for example with vitamin D(to activate VDR), vitamin C, zinc, copper.

No, but if you take it at morning it will be easier to detect its effect instead of sleeping through it.
BTW it is also an anti acne drug.
