Do we need vitamin A for testosterone production? Does vitamin A detoxification reduce sexual hormones?

Great video, Tim! Thanks! I have an appointment with the dentist in about 3 weeks time, so this gives me some options here <3

edit: is there a simpler way to clean the tongue than that medieval strangling device? 😉

Thanks, you're welcome!

You're wrong, I tried to get it around a couple of windpipes but it was awkward to use! 😉

I haven't found a better alternative to a Dr Tung's tongue cleaner, I can't imagine life without one.

Awesome, glad it was helpful! Unfortunately I didn't realize the audio wasn't synced with the video until after I had uploaded it.

I wasn't doing low vA but I gave up on WAPF eating years ago. My main sources of vA at the time were spinach, butter and eggs. I wasn't eating a high vA diet however I was probably getting more vA than average because I wanted to make sure I got enough A and K.

Yeah Price's daily meal was just the ticket for those kids.

I bought some organic eggs the other day and I haven't used any, I just don't feel like eating them. I don't miss butter or spinach either. The thought of carrots or pumpkin repulses me.

A few weeks before I heard about the idea of vA being a problem I bought some liver pate for the first time in years. I sat down and started eating some and thought to myself "Why does something that is so healthy taste so bad?" LOL. I had it with some red wine and blue cheese and I thought to myself "I don't really like any of this fine dining stuff".

@are

Chemist = Pharmacy 🙂

If you look online you can buy larger containers of it very cheaply.

My supermarket sells 3% for a few dollars a bottle, 3% works fine too.

If that was the case, Accutane wouldn't be causing impotence.
