Dry eye and DHA
Quote from Janelle525 on May 28, 2022, 11:00 amJust wanted to add my anecdote. I am by no means low vit A I avg 1500-2000 IU's a day sometimes a lot more if I'm eating brightly colored fruits and I have had issues with dry eyes, not so bad that I need to use eye drops everyday, but I do notice them being scratchy and sometimes painful. I think this started way back in 2009 when I got pregnant and couldn't wear contact lenses anymore. I think Garrett Smith may be right about his theory with toxic bile. Pregnancy causes a backed up liver as it just has more work to do. Then after my second pregnancy my health has never been the same. Just lowering vitamin A isn't enough for most people, they need to figure out the bile/liver issue.
