Low-level EMF effects on wildlife and plants: What research tells us about an ecosystem approach
Panagopoulos et al. (104) found severe effects in early and mid- stage oogenesis when flies were exposed in vivo to either GSM 900-MHz or DCS 1,800-MHz radiation from common digital cell phones, at non-thermal intensities for a few minutes per day during the first 6 days of adult life. The decrease in oviposition—as also previously reported by Panagopoulos et al. (105–107)—was hypothesized as due to degeneration of large numbers of egg chambers after DNA fragmentation of constituent cells. This was induced by both GSM and DCS mobile phone radiation. For the first time, induced cell death was documented in all cell types that constitute an egg chamber—including follicle cells, nurse cells, and the oocyte—and in all stages of early and mid-oogenesis from germarium to stage 10, during which programmed cell death does not physiologically occur (The most sensitive developmental stages to electromagnetic stress induced by the GSM and DCS fields were found to be germarium and stages 7–8). These papers, taken collectively, signify serious potential effects from cell phones/infrastructure and WiFi devices to all similar size insect species.

For the last few nights I've turned all power off at the switch board before bed.
I've felt a noticeable increase in energy levels.
I've still got RF from my neighbours WiFi blasting into my house so I'm wondering if it's more the absence of ELF from the wiring in my walls that is causing the effect.

Don't underestimate the negative effects of living in a regular on grid home though. It's not just radio frequency that is a problem.
I understand there is a problem with power lines giving off big EM pollution even in the home? Audiophiles knew this long ago and the crazy ones invest in EM shielding or private power lines. Also a battery bank in between the main power fees and your house can smooth out power feed and should thus lower EM pollution because there will be no big spikes or surges. Similar to how a UPS works for a computer, Tesla and other companies have them on the outside wall of a house.
As for wired stuff, it is better if you can afford it. As I face reality, everything fundamental you want to change presupposes you having that control over your residence. So less than half of Americans now? And what about moving away from just 5g coverage. Less than half again? So we talking less than a quarter of America can even contemplate making this change right now?
The bigger picture is, I think, that like Vitamin A enrichment/poisoning, EM has risen ridiculously in the last fifty years. Everything suspect has, vaccines, ultrasound, X-ray exams, antibiotics and other pills, fertilizer and pesticide, preservatives in food, noise pollution, chemicals in tap water. So how do we tease out what is causing what? As for EM, the only way is to move to an EM sheltered home in a remote location, and continue living an otherwise poisoned lifestyle. Replicate this fifty times and you *might* have an idea what effect EM pollution is having.
As for the governments position, someone told me they set their OSHA standard of safety in 1990 and have not updated it since on purpose, because such a test, even on rats, might prove disastrous. I don't know that this is true, but it would seem that all the biggest plans of the elite rest on the technologies that pollute with EM. YT propaganda videos to your phone, remote Automation, wireless mobile surveillance, all reliant on a big ass EM field especially in cities.
