I sit in front of a red light panel every morning. Unfortunately has not made much difference for my cystic acne. At this point nothing has really helped my skin. I’m basically back to where I was 6 years ago when I first started trying to diets to heal skin. Unfortunately I dove into GAPs/WAP hard and proceeded to develop multiple other issues over the last 5 years. Thankfully low A has reversed all of those issues so now I’m back to mainly dealing with skin.
