Farnesoid X receptor and bile acids regulate vitamin A storage

PreviousPage 3 of 3

@henrik No Vitamin A toxicity was my initial problem and I had a very bad case of it, I reacted badly to Vitamin A foods for months and months. I focused on liver/gallbladder detox with daily coffee enemas and binders, improving and balancing mineral status, detoxing heavy metals, avoiding glyphosate and other chemicals that have aldehydes, working on Mold toxicity and pathogens, low PUFA diet, soluble fiber foods, spending time in a hot country by beach.

I can assure you Vitamin A toxic people won’t have normal looking HTMAs there will always be some problem there.

They will be slow oxidisers on their hair tests which means things like Vitamin A, calcium and copper accumulate and having a lower oxidation rate means immune system is weak and things like Mold, Candida, pathogenic bacteria start growing and that messes up their ADH and ALDH.

If you still can’t tolerate Vitamin A then it means your liver is too blocked up, mineral/vitamin/amino acids deficiencies , current Mold exposure , or unaddressed gut pathogens, chemical exposure, heavy metal toxicity.

I think at the beginning you do need to go super low Vit A if you are at full capacity and can’t tolerate it anymore. But once your liver and mineral status is better there is no need to go very low vitamin A.

Thanks for elaborating. In theory I agree with you - and maybe you are totally right. My only reservation to your point of view is that I see very few people actually reaching that stage. I see people giving up and I see people getting better while continung being strict but not many being able to reintroduce moderate levels - which I should think would be fine if we are not overburdened anymore. Maybe the reason we dont see this is a mixture of factors - includning that maybe some of the damage is not practically reversible even if no further injury is induced so that we have week points hinderng the tolerance. I think personally its a mixture of factors - maybe the most important being my initially very high levels and stores. I still hope to be able to be more lenient in the future though I dont focus on it much as it simply doesnt work for me at all so far to reintroduce stuff. Im still healing though so not that bad but its an intersting scope. And hard to prove. I think in anohter 5 years more answers will be available

I wish that would be the case for me as well. To finally fix my fucking bile issues. I tried everything from liver flushes, coffee enemas to TUDCA, crazy expensive modified citrus pectin etc.. The only time when I had really dark almost black stool was when I worked during the summer 3 months in Croatia.. I wonder why was that.. It wasn't the heat, because even here in Czech Republic is very hot summer, but maybe it was because I was away from TV towers, grounding in salted water a lot not watching into notebook 10 hours a day?

@jiri I’m in korcula Croatia now since a few days ago. I think it’s probably just the food quality where you live has pesticides and other stuff unless you’re buying organic. Or there could be Mold and stuff in your home environment where you live and Mold shuts off bile transporters in gut.

I am finding the food quality shit here in korcula I can’t find any organic basically apart from some dried food in supermarket that is organic and some goats kefir in one supermarket that’s far away.

So I’ve been having this non organic celeriac which seems good, then also tried these non organic brown potatoes last two days and for some reason they made me feel much better than the celeriac so they seem to have some nutrient that the celeriac is missing for me which is strange as they contain very similar amounts of all the micronutrients. I’ve been way over consuming the huge milka chocolate hazelnut bars which make me feel good at the time but burn me out gradually.

Eggs are shit here, supermarket chicken and beef mince are ok but not great. I’m gonna try some fish from the fish market and see about that. I brought some organic whey protein and oats with me too.

Swimming in the sea here makes my urine go pale afterwards which is interesting but not a good sign for me. I’m craving the TEI  zinc, manganese, vit c supplement here so I guess I’m detoxing copper. And I think I heard someone say that sodium makes you excrete copper or something so that would be happening in the sea.

Also was having this beetroot juice which felt good but last couple of days my muscles and joints are super stiff I’m not sure if it’s from all the running I’ve been doing or the oxalates.

@alexm Korcula nice. How long you will stay there? No it wasn't food quality related. I was eating also meats, potatoes etc.. from supermarkets.. I think because I have copper issues it was probably low EMF + grounding and maybe that high sodium from the sea was doing something as well.. I wanted to move into Netherlands but I realized that there must be huge mold issues due to raining all the time.. Here We don't have mold issues. There is hardly any rain especially during the summer. How long it will stay warm enough in Croatia? I think I will go there for at least 7-10 days to see if it really was the EMF or not..

Btw since I started with T3 drops I feel decent pressure/pain in my liver area.. Maybe I should try liver flush.. I have done liver flushes basically only during the winter which is not a good time for it.. I will keep fats low now and after 3-4 days will try it again. I can't imagine what garbage has to be in bile ducts and gallbladder when there is hardly any bile flow from what I can see in the toilet..
