PreviousPage 3 of 3

I am not arguing that choline is not good for you, I'm just saying that eggs is not for everybody in this place, and that it might come with a cost, that you, as far as I've seen, are not regularly mentioning when recommending eggs.

What cost ?

Hi @mat

Hey @mat

We have a local farmer who raises grassfed beef who also sells raw dairy products.  One of their customers claims that their plaque psoriasis that the had for 30 years went away after they started eating the unpasteurized butter.

Also, @joe shared some interesting information about how he used "hot shower therapy" to deal with the symptoms of poison ivy as well as his exzema, alongside topical zinc oxide. Hoping he might chime in here to give you more of the details. Not sure if it might help with your psoriasis?

Hi @pattycake

Thanks for the idea. That seems to good to be true ahah, but yeah maybe he got lucky and some bacteria where there and helped the dysbiosis ? I don't know.

I know for sure that dairy product give me insane constipation. Like in 1-2 days it start and get worst and worst ! No difference between raw dairy, kefir, yogurt...

I'm still trying things... I know that I have low elastase (extreme EPI range) despite not having any symptoms or any signs on all tests done. Enzyme dont do anything. The weird thing is that using binder (like charcoal, clay, zeolite..) seems to RAISE the elastase (from 40 or so to 300+ which is a big jump!) Thyroid hormones seems to help a little bit too, but less so.

I also have low SIgA on stool tests.

But other than that... I'm still doing flushes. Stopped using UDCA after +/- 6 months. Going after the "fungal" theory right now. I'm 2 months in, and will give this 6 months (like always, in order to see if there is an impact or not) - so far nothing, maybe a bit worst actually.

I will keep this page updated. I'm using vit D cream and UV exposure to mitigate the damage and to "have a normal life" (without it its terrible)

Good luck to all.
