Now that I have been reading through his information I just want to add an update to this thread: Dr. Smith has provided some very important information on breaking the “Detox Cycle” in an update just two days ago. It basically goes into more detail about the enzymes Grant has been talking about lately (ADH and ALDH), and provides suggtions about how better enable that system to remove vitamin A from the body. Looking forward to testing it out.
