Beautiful.

Liz do you mind sharing your diet?

How long have you been on the diet

I believe this. I have had periods of eating just meat and potato chips (before I read about Grant's diet) and have noticed hairs that went from grey to brown again. I'm hoping it happens again!

Awesome!

My diet is nothing special. I was very strict at first but has loosened up not to go insane. I eat mostly meat, rice, homemade sourdough bread (with rye but I alao eat wheat), oats, chickpeas, fresh dates, sun drued figs, oat milk, potatoes, high oleic sunflower oil, nuts and nut butters (no cashews or peanuts), egg whites, black beans, honey, sugar (all kinds), apple juice and so forth . More Smith than Grant but I dont believe butter to be good during detox. 100% organic though. If I bake I bake with butter but butter make me itch. Chocolate too and coconut products which also brings back pain back, so I dont side step very often and shouldnt really do it at all. I never eat any veggies. Except the very occational white ones like cabbage, onion and cauliflower. Oh, and pickles if I have burgers.

@other guest: i went 100% milk free between may and august 2018, and removed high A veggies at the same time, liver and egg yolks. I thought I had a milk allergy so I was really anal about avoiding all "may contain traces of" as well because I got symtoms from those as well (itching throat mainly).

I had many great results from that alone. Then I had casein experimemt that fall which really set me back a lot. Started low/no A in mid-november.

Not all grays are coming back brown (yet?). But several 🙂 I am only 36,and was about to schedule appointment with hair salon today but think Ill drop it. Will rather follow this progress and see how it goes.

I am sure ut will 🙂  and keep us updated when it happens.

I have also found that I have some grey hairs with brown roots. I've been on zero A since April 2018. The picture is a hair I pulled out in Jan this year. It has about 2 inches of brown at the root end, so if hair grows 0.5 inches per month, it became brown in Oct, about 6 months onto the zero A diet. Not all of my grey hair is turning brown , but definitely  a positive trend!

That is fantastic MaryAnn 😀

Anyone else got former grays to share?

No way!! That’s so exciting.  🎉 Congratulations @liz! 😁

How wild that it’s happened for you around the 6 month mark as well, @maryann! 😁 Thank you for sharing your photographic evidence. What a clear indication of CHANGE.
