How many of you are first borns?

PreviousPage 2 of 2

I am first born.  I have 3 younger sibs and before doing treatment plans for a few years with Dr. S (up to the time he did a 180 on vitamin A), I had more health problems than 2 of them.  After doing the treatment plans, I developed more health problems than all 3 of them.

So Dr. Smith was not helpful to you?

Interesting topic. My mother got me when she was 23, and I'm the first born. Compared to today's average age when mothers first conceive, it is much younger. She might not have had much vitamin A stored in her body to begin with. So this might play into it. Actually, I was a pretty healthy kid. I blame early exposure to SSRIs for most of my health problems; I think I've even read somewhere that they hinder the excretion of vitamin A. This was after a tick bite at age 17. Both my younger siblings are pretty healthy. My brother started to smoke when he was a teenager, and my sister had the occasional cigarette, where I abstained more or less until I was 29.

Yes, I am (so far) the only child in the family. My mother has poor health. I also blame my problems on a bad diet since childhood (a lot of sunflower oil and dairy products), SSRIs, VA, supplements (including multivitamins) and "fish oil". The fucking health industry, I wish it hadn't exist. Sorry.

It's alright, you have every right to be angry. I've felt this way too. And you remind me that I forgot to mention multivitamins that I had taken when I was a teenager, and fish oil. I hope to experience the day when I'm brimming with energy. I wish you the same.

I think First child can be toxic in something if the Mother is toxic and second child deficient in key micronutrients if the Mother had bad diet and the First child depleted her...

How important is it for the baby to be breastfed for development? Also, in regards to developing vitamin A toxicity? My mother wasn't able to breastfeed all three children.

Very important. There are tons of studies about it. Breastfed children are healthier generally.

Yeah, that makes sense intuitively. I wonder if those who haven't been breastfed play catch-up their entire life or if there is some way.
