Releases enormous amounts of bile bound retinol from the liver, rapidly flushed out of the body with magnesium sulfate (a natural laxative). And thanks to the rapid speed of transit from the magnesium and water, there is not enough time for much of the bile to be reabsorbed by the intestines, which breaks the enterohepatic circulation cycle, and allows for rapid and effective vitamin A detoxification. In other words, you shit it out.
In my opinion and experience, iI think its probably much more effective and easier than a restrictive diet, and also allows you to not even worry about restricting healthy foods that contain vitamin A (like eggs) from your diet because you will be detoxifying it much faster than ingesting it. Hopefully other people here try it. So far, I think Im the only one.

Hey @zak,
I have done 20 flushes so far, but taking a break this summer and will start back up in the Fall, I was doing one every 2 weeks, and them seem to be helpful. Would recommend as well, they get easier on the system after each one.

Ive done around 8 liver flushes and not once noticed any considerable improvements afterwards.
Not saying it might not help, just that for a few years this was popular on the big Accutane thread at acne.org and I never remember seeing a consensus stating it was making improvements.
As far as my history goes, Ive done almost 40 now. The first 20 or so were totally a waste of time with no noticeable benefits, because I was on a ridiculous and embarrassing calorie restrictive diet which ruined my health and my liver was barely functioning by the end of it. I believe many people are on diets that are not conducive to clearing the liver, especially if they are restricting calories or eating lots of sugar. That was years ago for me. The last 15-20 were after reading Grants 3 books, and realizing there is likely a connection. The benefits thus far have been astounding, and were most pronounced for the following few days post flush.
Ive read hundreds of testimonials about liver flushing and Im contact with hundreds more, and completely eliminating autoimmune conditions is a huge theme for many people doing them. Another theme is that for a large number of people, the majority of the results dont start happening until after doing quite a few flushes, and then the results are very rapid and pronounced.
For people who have been badly poisoned by VitA from something like Accutane, I really wouldnt be surprised if the number of flushes required to see noticeable benefits is higher than normal. But based on the testimonials I have seen and the people Im in communication with who have reversed a wide variety of autoimmune conditions with liver flushes alone, I can see little reason why the results wouldnt eventually come.

Any noticeable benefits yet? I know it can be hard to discern cause and effect because of implementing multiple changes at once, but still, Im curious.

Just curious, what's the specific protocol for the olive oil liver flush you're currently doing?

Maybe minor improvements, but I have read as well it can take 40 or more flushes to get the bile flowing properly, so I will continue them in the next month until I get up to 40-50 range and see how I feel.

I really do think we need an entertainment thread on which to pass time haha
