I needed to disable self sign-ups because I’ve been getting too many spam-type accounts. Thanks.
hypercalcemia = detox symtpoms?
Quote from lil chick on December 13, 2019, 8:01 amI wonder if it helps to rid the body of any external hard crusties (flossing teeth, pumice stone for calluses)...
I think stretching and keeping the joints limber is probably also smart. Every now and then I see a video of an elderly yoga person or elderly gymnast and think about what a difference staying limber has made in their lives. This 90 year old has the legs of a 16 year old, and more strength and agility than most adult women of any age.
I think it might be a thing that many of us have started guarding our joints because we have been so easily inflamed. But our low VA diet should allow us more and more flexibility with movement, and we may need to almost think of ourselves as going through physical therapy to regain some of what we've lost! "hurts so good" LOL

Quote from romaine on December 13, 2019, 9:12 pmI absolutely think that my hypercalcemia is from A toxicity and not from D deficiency. All my past history says so. My headaches and bone problems got much much much worse after A supplements, liver supplements and lots of carotenoids. A causes calcium to be released from the bones, no doubt, and imo causes it more than any other factor. It is a poison that destroys many tissues. After I got a lot of sun from a trip to Florida this past summer, everything has gotten worse on top of the vitamin A toxicity.
Remember that blood labs are often not that reliable for testing A toxicity. The researchers have been missing A toxicity way too much and haven't been attributing problems to it when they should have.
