James Bond 007

I know some of you will think I posted this in the wrong section of this forum, BUT:

The path of VA detox is long, very long, and not always pleasant. Most of us are trying ways to speed up the detox, or to make it more comfortable, mainly by chemical means.

I am not convinced these supplements are a good idea as they carry the risk of having unfortunate effects. So I am pursuing other means, Bains Derivatifs as I have mentioned here, and also a bit of Red Light Therapy. The first I am sure works (people who do this without VA diet report results similar to ours, so it can only reinforce what we are doing here) the second seem to work too (people doing this also report results similar to ours) but it is tricky not to overdo it.

We have noticed that both Thiamine and VA diet have strong effects on memory, of a slightly different type each, which I discussed on 12 March, 2020 here.

So I suppose, if getting rid of VA release blockages that impair memory recall, maybe it is worth a try to do the contrary, that is reach lost memories to release stored VA.

Having been surprised by the recent political developments, we decided that now would be a good time to watch all kinds of movies that might be banned in the future (sexist, racist etc...). For example, movies that we saw in the seventies, showing details of a world that had faded from our memories.

So we have enjoyed every night first the whole James Bond series, then on with The Saint, still going on.

Apart from the fact that they provided a way to take our attention away from unpleasant detox symptoms (not to be taken lightly), we have found that

  • the objects in the movies brought back memories of the same objects in our past lives (not the JB cars but smaller stuff) and that this allowed a connection to what had happened then, including how we poisoned ourselves with VA and watched others do so!
  • The same can be said about the situation of the characters, which would be hard to believe now, but which are situations and feelings which we experienced at the time. The fact that they are now not plausible is an extra hurdle for us to try to recall how we were then, what happened to us.
  • We could not watch an entire movie at a time, because we physically felt the impact of retying the threads of memory. Exhausting, sometimes we were sweating in from of the movie! And sometimes this went on afterwards in a dream.
  • Not only was this a bit tiring, but also I think it was a good idea to milk the experience to the last drop before going on to another.

It was a bit as though we were being de-hypnotised. VA is a drug that eats up our reality!

Interesting  is Bains Derivatifs done by putting ice on penis or scrotum and for how long shall I do it

Interesting @ourania!   I think this might be similar to something I posted at the beginning of my journey about the "Swedish Death Cleaning" that I was attempting.  Lots of revisiting "cloudy" memories when trying to clean an attic!

I have a few boxes of things that I wasn't able to bring to the thrift shop when covid began.  However, I sort of wonder if I shouldn't get rid of anything.  SO many things are going scarce.  I wonder if family members will eventually want, for instance, old toys.

Another reason to watch old movies and TV shows is because they are so darn good.
