Liver Flushes

@jean but this is not my first flush.. You can see here photos from 14 days ago. Today nothing. Just leftover stool with epsom salt water.. Every 14 days is probably too frequent. I will wait for another at least 4 weeks..

Yes I know this is not your first flush. Do you know why some flushes would produce stones and others don't?

@jean no I don't know. But in my case I think I have just low bile production. Don't know why.. 

It looks like my bile issues are stress related. That's why when I left this mess here in Czech Republic and moved to Croatia for 3 months I had perfect bowel movements and as soon as I returned everything was not working again.. So I will stop with flushes until I fix my current living situation and can relax more.. Maybe I wouldn't even need liver flushes if I am not 24/7 in stress mode.. I think I chased my tail for a decade by not addressing much more important things than some micronutrient deficiency or whatever. But it's hard to keep a job, have your own place and everything when your health is in the toilet. So I was just escaping from things that I need to address and they accumulated to the point that I can't live like that anymore and have to face this shit show I am in..

I live pretty much stress free, but still struggling digesting my food (gastroparesis and constipation), and low energy levels.

@jiri.  Yeah... I so agree. Stress is the worst thing. Thats why I LOVE the bean protocol, because it helps the stress problem.

I was addicted to nicotine gum, and coffee.. and doing the carnivore diet.. all that was just stressing my body more in addition to all other stress I had in my life. I thought I coped with stress wonderfully doing those things but eventually the shit hit the fan.... lol

Now I dont do any stimulants at all anymore, eat beans from morning to evening.. let the fiber soak up all the stress hormones in my bowels.. and i can feel how my nervous system relaxes more and more. It is a slow process but it feels good. I sleep so well. Thats so much worth it already! And my gallbladder is improving, I feel less and less tension there. Mostly nothing. I can even eat a bag of nuts 😉

My bowels have improved so much. I After I stopped the nicotine gum abuse last summer, I got really horrible smelling blackish sticky stool for quite a while... yuck yuck.. Before I stopped it my stool barely smelled anything and I though I did so well with very small eleminations most mornings but now i think differenlty. I think my liver had just stored all the poison and thats what started to come out as I stopped the gum. My poor poor liver. I was poisoning it for 7 years non stop and in addition to not eating any soluble fiber at all.... mostly just meat. I am SO glad I found out about the beans <3

@inger It seems that beans just make me bloated and constipated. Because of lack of bile that should "lubricate" the intestine.. Basically it is hard to digest food which is not helpful in high stress scenario where digestion is already bad.. They also can worsen leaky gut due to lectins, oxalates etc.. I do agree that once you fixed your life and you can finally relax and start to heal you should eat legumes, but in my scenario they are doing more harm than good... I will keep eating things like oats, apples they are good source of soluble fiber and they don't cause issues like legumes to me.. I ordered another 1kg of sunflower lecithin as well. So I can have really good intake of choline that hopefully will slowly help my liver..

@jiri@jiri I released a lot of yellow greasy sludge with tiny white pebbles in my last liver flush, is the yellow color a sign of vitamin A toxicity? 

@jean I think vit A is more orange. I had a lot of orange stools during the years..

that sounds like a good plan @jiri. seem to tolerate the beans well just I can get some gas but it is just to embrace it...lol It is already way less and I am 1,5 months in on doing beans. And i eat so many of them, because I love how they taste, I probably eat way too many huh 🙂

Have you dropped all stimulants too?

I am SO proud that I managed to do it. Now if I feel tired I just feel tired. Thats okay. I go to work tired, but I dont push me with anything. Except.. sometimes I cheat with some ice cream at work 😉 Occasionally. Not every day. So I am not religious about it but I am not going back to nicotine or caffeine. Maybe I got so addicted on the stimulants because i was carnivore for so long. I dont know. That my adrenals were not working well anymore and it needed the push from stimulants.

I am curious where this road will lead me but I have a good feeling about it.

I do eat eggs too now more often, eggs and beans for breakfast is easy and tastes good too 🙂
