Liver Flushes

PreviousPage 6 of 18Next

@jiri, How many flushes have you done so far? Have you had some productive ones? I did another one this weekend which was not very productive, (2 weeks after my previous one which produced a great haul). Only difference was that I ate a lot of meat during the prep week, and I stopped eating eggs. Or perhaps I should give more time in between flushes, 2 weeks being too short to move congested bile forward.

@jean I did just two flushes like 10 years ago and one yesterday..  First one just what you can see on the photo and the other two nothing. Not even any green liquid bile nothing. That is crazy to me..  Maybe the winter is really bad time for liver flushes.. I can imagine doing it during hot summer when the body is more relaxed and liver more active should be more productive..

@jiri, not too bad for a first flush. The liver can be fussy and does not release stones at every flush. I guess the key is to persevere and ensure the colon is empty on flush day.

So I did another flush. This time with some results. The amount is like 1 tbsp. As you can see some of them were already covered with calcium.. The interesting thing is that when you crash them between the fingers they are not oily at all. It's basically wax.. Anyway this procedure is not fun at all, but I will keep doing it for sure. At least once a month. Because if bile doesn't flow how it should. Nothing will work in the body...

this is so crazy! 😮 Do you feel anything different in your gallbladder after passing those? Or is it still feeling the same?

I have a sludgy gallbladder too I am sure.... But I am quite skeptical to harassing my body with those flushes...mmmhh..

@inger it's not anything crazy. People flush this from their liver all the time. They just don't search with their hand for stones in the toilet like I did. 😀 Simply if you eat some big fatty meal it will have basically the same result. This flush is just optimized what you do before, during, after so you maximize the cleanse.. You feel bad when you drink the epsom salt and the oil and in the morning when you have diarrhea from the epsom salt.. But after it's done you feel better for sure. But I still feel pressure in my liver. So obviously still work to do..

@jiri Do you do the colonics before and after flushing?

@jean I did 2 water enema after in the morning. Should do probably before as well.. I had oatmeal with bananas the morning of the flush that was mistake. Next flush I will have only some apples..

I am not convinced ....lol

If the pressure/pain in the gallbladder/liver is not gone after the flush.. that means the stones are still there, no?

I have read that the stones could be some thing that the oil and epsom salt form together in the digestion process.. thats why they are wax like?

I am not totally sure this is not functioning, I am just a bit skeptical and trying to figure out the truth 🙂

@inger  "I am not convinced ....lol"

That's fine I don't need to convince you..
