Liver Flushes

That's fine I don't need to convince you..
yeah I know 🙂 I really appreciate you sharing what happens throughout your liver flushes, and if the liver pain goes away with it....
I just have a little irritated feeling in my gallbladder on and off. And sometimes in the bed I feel little tension there and then i here and squeezing sound and then tension goes away, so I am pretty darn sure I have a sluggish gallbladder with a little congestion.
I have started to eat some oven roasted red beets most days to help bile flow, lets see what happens 🙂 and beans of course, those i eat all day 😉

Quote from Jiřà on March 5, 2023, 11:00 am@inger It is not just about gallbladder. Your liver has inside around 2km of bile ducts. Everyone will have some garbage in their liver. Especially females since hormone imbalance(high estrogen) is causing cholestasis, thick and sludgy bile. Eating some meat will not do anything with clogged bile ducts in the liver.. And yes my liver is probably full of them. I have done 2 now if I don't count two that I did 10 years ago. People do 5-10-5-20 flushes to fully cleanse the liver. Why the stones are not just the oil with epsom salt I explained 100 times already here. Everyone is doing same protocol, but everyone has different results + every person has different results for each flush. You can have some flushes no stones, some flushes insane amount of garbage coming out + the stones or the garbage that is coming out has all kinds of different shapes, sizes and color + some of them are fully calcified(you can hear them hitting the toilet and they sink to the bottom. Now if that was true that nothing is coming out and it's just oil it would look every time the same with same amount etc.. But it is exact opposite. You can't calcify oil in your body that you drank 10 hours ago LOL. Anyway the only people who are "skeptical" about liver flush are people who never done it not people who had gallstones and are doing liver flushes...Â

If the pressure/pain in the gallbladder/liver is not gone after the flush.. that means the stones are still there, no?
I have read that the stones could be some thing that the oil and epsom salt form together in the digestion process.. thats why they are wax like?
I am not totally sure this is not functioning, I am just a bit skeptical and trying to figure out the truth
Do a flush and I'll convince you. ;P

Quote from Jiřà on March 5, 2023, 12:21 pm@inger I just started with the flushes. Will see after another 3-5 flushes.. Back in the day people in Greece used to drink like 50 ml of olive oil in the morning on empty stomach. That can work as well as "mini flush. Anyway eat apples and keep choline intake high. That should help as well.Â

I've spent thousands of hours studying nutrition and physiology to understand cause and effect in human health. I've presented my findings here and as free content on my Youtube channel. Through understanding cause and effect people may be able to improve their own health conditions and reduce their reliance on health care that doesn't address cause and effect.
I've even shared a dental protocol that I've used to heal my own tooth decay.
I find it disappointing that not one person here has called out these disrespectful defamatory attacks.
With regard to the Liver Flush. I am deeply familiar with this protocol. In the 2000s I spent hundreds of hours researching it and understanding the physiology and anatomy around how it works. I read Andreas Moritz's book. I read what Hulda Clark wrote about it. I spent countless hours on CureZone reading about it. I did many Liver Flushes and I believe it improved my health. Many people I know have also done it and I've spoken with them about it.
Am I against the Liver Flush? No. In fact I think I was the first to mention it on this forum. I believe it helps to excrete bile based toxins and I believe it can improve people's health. I want to make it clear though that I am not giving any advice to do it or not do it.
Can the Liver Flush clear gallstones? Gallstones vary in size, small ones might pass down the bile duct during the flush just like they can after eating a fatty meal. If someone has gallstones though and they do the Flush there is a risk of one getting stuck in the bile duct resulting in excruciating pain and potentially leading to emergency surgery. My understanding is that people can have gallstones for many years with no problems so doing something that may increase the risk for emergency surgery may not be a good idea. It is unethical to zealously promote a Liver Flush for those that have gallstones. I'm interested in researching how diet and supplementation could be used to dissolve gallstones.
Are the "stones" that people pass in the Liver Flush from the gallbladder or the liver bile ducts? No. People pass stones the size of plums/walnuts. Stones this size cannot travel through bile ducts. People have done the liver flush once per week for years at a time releasing many stones every time. Some stones have been found to contain lemon seeds inside them from the lemon juice they've taken with the olive oil.
How do stones form in the gut? When soap was first invented by mixing fat with lye people probably found that hard to understand as well. If you swallow a cup of fat with no lemon juice and no epsom salts do you get stones coming out? No. The Liver Flush facilitates a chemical reaction between any of the following: fat, acid, bile, MgSO4, bicarbonate and enzymes that must produce the stones. Just because Flushes can result in different coloured stones or different quantities of stones isn't evidence that they came from the gallbladder. Anyone can take these stones to get tested and a test will confirm they are made of neither calcium nor cholesterol. The Liver Flush is a chemistry trick that fools many people.
For those without gallstones are there any downsides to the Liver Flush? Yes. Some people find the experience highly unpleasant. Drinking that much MgSO4 is stressful on the body. If people have diverticula stones can get caught in them and make them worse. I believe it can be a helpful detoxification method but this is not advice on whether to do it or not do it.

I do question the stones I've flushed out when examining them and seeing things I possibly ate stuck to them. I really can't say whether you're wrong or right. Maybe it's both? It's possible that some of the stones are actually what you say they are and some may also be from the gallbladder and liver, no?

Quote from Jiřà on March 7, 2023, 12:27 am@tim-2 I don't know how many times I would have to tell you that people are doing flushes just with butter/tallow/lard as well with no citrus juices or epsom salt and they still get stones? Also you still keep ignoring that many stones are calcified? They are covered with the same stuff that you get on teeth(tartar). Also you are keep saying it's just chemical reaction and you are still keeping ignoring the fact that people after some number of flushes have ZERO garbage coming out? How exactly is that possible if it's just reaction of the protocol which is the same every time, but results are different every time? How can one flush result in completely nothing, another flush in hundreds of small garbage that looks like a sand, another flush they pass just some sludge, another flush handfull of bigger, calcified stones. Also every time different colors, shapes and sizes etc.. It is comical how you say again again how you studied whatever so many hours to sound like your opinions without practical experiences with this are more valid than those of people who swear by it.. Just stop with this comedy and try it already. Once you feel that light feeling, that more energy, whiter whites of the eyes, better vision etc.. You will understand.. How not so smart it was going against it without nay reason.. You remind me Dr.Berg on this. I love how his subscribers are roasting him in comment section about how wrong he is on this one lol..

Who is? If they are claiming it online provide a link to all these testimonials. Eating a lot of fat at once does not cause "stones" to come out like a Liver Flush does.
Also you still keep ignoring that many stones are calcified? They are covered with the same stuff that you get on teeth(tartar).
BS. Where's your evidence? Your pale stones? LOL
Also you are keep saying it's just chemical reaction and you are still keeping ignoring the fact that people after some number of flushes have ZERO garbage coming out?
Wrong. You don't know much about the Flush obviously. Some people have done it for years every week and get stones every time. Some people will do a Flush and get nothing then the next week they do it and get stones.

Why would you expect it to always be the same if they are formed in the gut? Why would you you conclude they are from the liver and gallbladder if it's different each time? Why are you ignoring the fact that people can pass stones that are the size of plums every week for months on end? Why are you ignoring the fact that lemon seeds have been found inside stones? Why are you ignoring the fact that large stones cannot pass down the bile duct?
It is comical how you say again again how you studied whatever so many hours to sound like your opinions without practical experiences with this are more valid than those of people who swear by it.. Huh? Where did I say that again and again? You've been accusing me of not knowing about it. Now I explain my study of it and you say that. Why do you keep saying I haven't done it and I'm against it when I've never been against it and I've said I've done it many times? Why are you twisting everything I say just because you don't agree with me about the stones.
You remind me Dr.Berg on this. I love how his subscribers are roasting him in comment section about how wrong he is on this one lol..
Dr Berg can't have known about how religious people get when they see the "stones" in the toilet bowl. "Oh my it's true! I've flushed gallstones! Just look at them!" There's a saying, it's easier to fool people than to convince them that they've been fooled.

that white shell is calcium. Obviously no longer that hard after pounding malic acid pills. It's exactly the same stuff like tartar on my teeth.
