Hey everyone!

I'm very glad  I am able to share my feelings and thoughts with you guys and I am blessed to be part of this group, you guys are amazing people. Thanks everyone for the messages, I pray God bless each and everyone of you with love, health and peace. I am very busy lately with school , I work as an english teacher here in Brazil and we just started face to face classes last month, its been pretty busy lately. I'm getting better and better, as I told you guys, I was able to get this job almost 2 years ago when I started this diet because I started to get healthier, I was an english teacher before but  I was in such a bad condition that I wasn't able to work for quite long time..I must say that It's been a while that I havent felt this good, peace and calmness are the feelings that I am enjoying the most lately. The worst symptoms I had were anxiety and brain fog, these 2 have improved greatly and I am almost 100% again. Seriously guys, we take life and health for granted, It may seem that i am overreacting but when you are able to feel normal again after such a long time, you get very excited and you feel like you must tell this to everyone..well, I can't find words to describe all i am feeling but I am very happy ! I hope you guys are doing well and wish you all great health .

take care

Hey Sergio. I relate big time to your entire story. I find myself coming back to your post day after day as it gives me lots of hope every time I read it. Thank you, Nico.

@nicopickle Hey bro .

Man, I am glad to hear that you are trying to recover yourself and it's good to hear that my story has been giving people hope.  It's been over 2 years and half I'm on this diet . 2 years go I couldn't even think properly, I didn't even feel like a human being.

Being able to feel healthy again has been the greatest gift, I am just very thankful . I came here to tell you and everyone that reads these messages, have faith and never give up , you WILL eventually recover.

I asked God once to take my life , that's how bad my anxiety and depression were, then I regretted asking him this and I asked him to help me recover and I came across Grant's work ... Last time I felt this healthy and strong was 12 years ago. I literally feel courage and happiness are flowing on my veins again, it's a pretty big thing for someone who used to feel weak like a 95 years old man , depressed and anxious all the time.

God bless you all and if you want to contact me , feel free (sergiosrezende89@hotmail.com )  God bless you

Sergio,

  I feel beyond blessed that I have found grants work and Dr. smiths work. I too took accutane when I was 18 in 2005. It has robbed me of life throughout the years too the point where I more recently have been contemplating not being on this earth. I have been on SSRI for the past 10 years ( which they don’t do shit) but coming off them is a complete nightmare. Seeing your post about how you are back to 70% of what you were before is beyond amazing too me and i hope to one day in the future be there as-well. Do you have any experience with being on SSRI? if so was it a nightmare for you to come off them as-well?? What tips do you have for working this program as-well too, if any. I feel like seeing someone such as yourself in recovery from taking this poison is truly a blessing in disguise and has given me so much hope. I know the road is long ahead of me and I hope it pans out.

@kyle hello! I am glad you are having hope, it is essential to life! You sent a note (above) to Sergio, regarding the post of August 2021. That is 9 months ago, and he has not posted since then. However, he did give his email address. I will repeat it here for you, in case you want to ask him your questions directly  -- sergiosrezende89@hotmail.com --
