At this stage, in the short term, I am most worried about them adding vitamin a to meat as if that happens, we will not be able to do the low vitamin a diet (and we may not know when they do it as it may not be labelled). Could you do the diet on rice and pinto beans, olive oil, without protein? (From the comments, it seems not).
