How often are you dosing the Alli or Benfo? I do 50mg every 3rd day, I find it to stimulating if used more, but otherwise is seems to be very helpful to me as well.

Is the data point a subjective measure of how good you feel? If so, and you had such great progress, why do you want to change things (adding a lot of B’s)?

health= 100% free from old health issue + stamina, physical and mental performance.
0% = many diseases (although not fatal)
This is just a personal values scale.
Chart is based on my personal logs over the years, unfortunately the short fluctuations due to supplements and short experiments are not visible in a long-term trend.
For example, downward trend with Ray Peat diet, is based on the increasing number of health issue such arrhythmia, anxiety, digestive issue, brain fog, tinnitus, paleness, dizziness, gluten sensitivity, hypoglycemic crash sensations, extreme fatigue, food allergy etc.
My chart is no scientific, just personal log report.
---------------------------
With B supplement I have exceeded all expectations, my health and my performance is the best ever in my life, I am 38 years old.

100mg Alli or 150mg Benfo everyday... If i take 100mg Alli+150 Benfo i feel great (doped!) but mild heart palpitations, so i think is too much. According to Lonsdale, I have had temporary paradox syndrome /refeeding syndrome for 7-10 days (fatigue and muscle spasm mostly).

Quote from Tropico on August 6, 2020, 9:30 amQuote from Arena on August 6, 2020, 9:20 amThanks for the answer 🙂 Great that you feel so good, you must be happy!
I have never heard of this Ray Peat diet before, but it seems diametrically opposed to a low VA diet. Does anybody get well on that diet?
Very happy, positive thinking, light euphoria 🙂
Initially, coming from a paleo diet, therefore low carb, i felt much better with Ray Peat diet and high carb, initial diet honeymoon, but over the years the extreme intake of vitamin A has shattered me, I opened my eyes when I read Grant Genereux (thanks Matt Stone). Suddenly I understood what happening, I had all the symptoms of an acute vitamina A intoxication, you know the rest...

Quote from puddleduck on August 6, 2020, 11:16 amThat is so awesome! 😁 Light euphoria sounds pretty great. Thanks, @tropico, for sharing your good news, progress graph, and supplement regimen. Yeah, I never would’ve found Grant’s work without Matt Stone. I’m sure he’s gotten more than a few thank-you emails (with more to come).
