New information on reversing the epigenetic changes brought by Accutane

Recently I've come across a user on reddit, u/AccutaneEffectsInfo. He is a mod in r/AccutaneRecovery and appears to have a background in chemistry. His hypothesis is that the substance that does the opposite of what retinoic acid does is lithium. Here is his website:

Some of the things he says check out, for example the fact that retinoic acid is a differentiating agent (stem cell spender). I strongly recommend checking out his posts on reddit or the site linked above!

Nuts and legumes are on the very top of the list with food highest in lithium.. I wonder if some of the benefits comes from that...

To me, beans are calming. But some people get anxiety from them,  at least in the beginning. I wonder why, if it is because they increase bile flow.
