Hi Orion, glad to see you again!

The reason I kept eggs is I'm often aghast that people here manage to live without them.  I thought they were so integral to my life that I couldn't do it.   Back long ago when I began to be a WAPF'er I started eating eggs every day and I felt they kept my blood sugar more stable than a carb breakfast.

Recently, several regulars here re-iterated they didn't eat many eggs and I decided it was time for another experiment.

And it was easy.   And...I think my appetite is less without eggs?   Also I lost a pound from around my middle, if I'm not mistaken.   Just one.  Hubs says he hasn't noticed anything, but he does have some sort of strange small rash on his hand.   Detox?

Maybe what I found is that I can eat a carb breakfast and be perfectly stable.

Here is a theory:   back when I was very overloaded on VA I needed eggs for breakfast because they were lower in carb.    I must have been heading for sugar issues?    Now, I can eat a breakfast of just carb and cruise easily.    ?

Piece of toast, cup of coffee, easy peasy.

Similar longer term history with lack of eggs after years of eggs.  Neighbors are having similar experience.  We know as we supply their eggs with what we used to eat.  Radical change in kids' behavior eating lower vA and especially less eggs.

@orion major copper dump again. Free copper measured  11,93 umol/l   upper limit under 2... I think I will increase zinc, vit C, molybdenum, histidin, lysin so it can bind every free copper that will show up..

Sorry chatGPT miscalculated that free copper is 4,04. THat is not so bad. heh.. But third highest that I had over the years.

I had 2016 free copper 2,82 umol/l
2017 free copper 0.32
2019 free copper 3,8
2020 free copper 0,3
2020 free copper 17,5
2021 free copper 0,0 I had measured estradiol as well. IT was high and my ceruloplasmin was also high I could rise serum copper and still have zero free copper
2023 free copper 0,0 also good cerulo
2023 free copper 0,0 also good cerulo
2023 free copper 2,1
2025 free copper 0,0
2025 free copper 4,04

It seems like the only way my body can rise cerulo is with estradiol.. Now my cerulo is tanked and estradiol as well..

@jiri EGCG would help mop up that copper as well.

egcg?

@joe2 it is the main active compound in green tee. For example Matcha tea has the highest content of EGCG or zou can take green tea extract..

@orion Was reading some of your older posts from hackstasis.

B1 B2 and potassium seem to be the key for destroying accutane sides.
High dose B1 for dry skin/eyes (broken sugar metabolism)
High dose B2 for oily skin (broken fat metabolism)
Potassium for all the reasons listed above.
I did 30grams per day KCl for about a week, worked slowly up to that for a couple first beforehand. The snapback comes in the weeks later, when you stop.
Here is the stack that gets all the Bs activated by B2, shift b1 and b2 up or down depending on sugar/fat metabolism:
B1: 400mg, B2: 1000mg, B3: 250mg, B5: 500mg, B6: 100mg, Folate: 1000mcg, B12: 50mcg, Biotin: 50mcg
Getting B2 replete can take weeks at high dose.

Do you take B1,B2 with the HG7 protocol? If not don't you think that just taking b5,b6,b9 will deplete B1,B2,B3 maybe even folate/B12 over time?

@jiri  I do take b1/b2/b3 with stack.  But people that are not are showing tests with Bs nice and elevated, HG7 seems to have a sparing effect and no depletion.
