@jiri  Yep still doing low VA will be 7yrs in Nov, never have tested, I would if there was easy payable way.  I will stay low VA for life, but I do have cheats and not worrying about it.  I think low VA helped, but definitely has not completely solved my skin issues, pushing zinc in with the EGCG stack seems to be finally getting the puzzle complete.   High VA, copper and iron, disrupting zinc might be the answer for me, not sure if its for everyone.

Here is my stack list, taking it for 4.5 months so far

200mg of B6
500mg of B5
500mg of Biotin
7500mg of C
250mg of Zinc
7mg of Molybdenum
2600mg of EGCG

That's bananas bro. 😀 7mg of molybdenum.. I took today half of 400mcg capsule.. I am taking that 1 capsule a week.. 😀

Have you done any blood tests of serum copper? I know that Elvin guy with youtube channel even increased his copper and ceruloplasmin..

I can't afford this crazy high dose protocol. But I wonder if I should try at least low dose EGCG with the rest which I am already taking.. Just scared to do it with my already elevated liver enzymes.. I think I will wait if taking TUDCA will fix anything and if my liver enzymes will go down I will try kids version of that protocol.. 😀

Yep the doses are bananas for sure, but feeling good on it.  No testing for me, but are the ones that are testing are not showing any major elevations

Maybe just try drinking green tea as a low start for EGCG.

@orion I think I would have hard time "calibrating" doing that protocol. I am type of person where I often times don't feel much from supplements and I am also really rigid I would have hard time adjusting all the time something.. I would be fucked up in my head constantly thinking what symptom I have so what should I take that my health would go downhill pretty fast lol.. It is too complicated unfortunately.. Hopefully it will progress into something more refined so even dummy like me can safely use it. For now I will do hair/blood testing and will combine what ARL recommends with suggestions from chat GPT(you can plug blood work, hair tests to him and he has pretty gut suggestions..) and me and will see where those ideas overlap and go from there..

How many eggs do you eat daily?

I'm eating about two eggs a day now. I recently added CDP Choline to my supplement regimen. I feel chirpier with it. I'm also doing HG7 and have started watching my calcium intake. I eat some cheese and drink mineral water.

@christian  I eat about 4-5 eggs per week, not daily yet.

I wonder if low VA for years might contribute to low calcium, so decided to take 325mg mixed calciums away from HG7, and see how that goes.

Was thinking maybe getting some Gerolsteiner water to have once in while.

Hubs and I just spent a month off of eggs as an experiment.

Feel better without?  or will you try to incorporate again.

Hi Orion, glad to see you again!

The reason I kept eggs is I'm often aghast that people here manage to live without them.  I thought they were so integral to my life that I couldn't do it.   Back long ago when I began to be a WAPF'er I started eating eggs every day and I felt they kept my blood sugar more stable than a carb breakfast.

Recently, several regulars here re-iterated they didn't eat many eggs and I decided it was time for another experiment.

And it was easy.   And...I think my appetite is less without eggs?   Also I lost a pound from around my middle, if I'm not mistaken.   Just one.  Hubs says he hasn't noticed anything, but he does have some sort of strange small rash on his hand.   Detox?

Maybe what I found is that I can eat a carb breakfast and be perfectly stable.

Here is a theory:   back when I was very overloaded on VA I needed eggs for breakfast because they were lower in carb.    I must have been heading for sugar issues?    Now, I can eat a breakfast of just carb and cruise easily.    ?

Piece of toast, cup of coffee, easy peasy.

Caution against calcium intake combined with vA intake?
