@itsme ah if you are female that's different that's for sure. But like you said without testing hard to tell. Ideally hair tissue mineral analysis in ARL or TEI, blood test for ferritin, TIBC, copper, ceruloplasmin, heamoglobin. At least this is great about our country(Czech Republic) that the blood tests like that are not so expensive. That test I just did like 30 things tested hormones, liver, kidneys, iron, copper etc.. around 140 euro. Which is not cheap, but everyone can afford it 2-3 times a year easily..

@itsme I don't deal with doctors anymore it is waste of time. They bring nothing but stress so I avoid them as much as I can.. With blood test ranges the ranges for thyroid TSH test and iron feritin the ranges are too wide. Ideal TSH is under 1, but some ranges are up to 4.5 which is hypothyroid, but doctor will tell you everything is fine.. Same with feritin. Ideal under 100 for sure. Most people say best under 50. Some labs say even 400 is ok.. With females it is hard to tell due to their hormones going up and down. But the estrogen is protective to keep ceruloplasmin up and so copper bioavailable and their bleeding keep iron down. But after menopause iron starts to go up as well and ceruloplasmin drops so makes copper basically free toxic = symptoms of deficiency and toxicity at the same time.. If the female had a lot of issues with estrogen dominance(in most cases from birth control pills) that often results in gallstones, cholestasis. So copper, esrogens can't be detoxed properly and hat just builds and builds in the body makes it impossible to fix.. It is like my sister is perfect example + she is on stupid plant diet heavy on copper low in zinc and other stuff like B vitamins etc.. It will be really sad for her once her estrogen drops after menopause.. So it is important to make sure bile flow is working, having good zinc:copper balance in diet and making sure that thyroid is working, having iodine, selenium. Those are depleted very fast.. I think females should be on red meat based diet for sure. Vegan is death sentence..
