Level of vitamin A in the current diet: low
Is vitamin A a poison or not: Yes. Though I don't think it matters a great deal as too much is evidently awful and it is impossible to do a zero vitamin A diet with real foods.
Continuing the journey or giving up: Continuing. Are those who try something else even on this forum?

Improvement level: 0 (zero)
Level of vitamin A in the current diet: zero animal form and less than 1000 mcg of beta carotene
Is vitamin A a poison or not: Lord knows
Continuing the journey or giving up: Continuing because my palms are still full reddish orangey so I'm still full of that stuff
Additional notes: I just watched Grant Genereux's interview on Elwin Robinson's YouTube channel and it was great. I'm very hopeful that once I finally get my vA levels down I will get some real results. I also think that Grant Genereux is a stand-up guy and I'm very grateful for his work. Cent’Anni 🥂
Sorry but 2 years with 0 improvement will mean you either have other issues at bay or it could also be you're not detoxing anything due to various reasons. You get orange skin from carotenoids when you are hypothyroid as your metabolism can't process/clear them properly. I wouldn't be hopeful, I would be concerned if I had made 0 progress in 2 years.

Quote from Inger on December 2, 2023, 12:52 amI was thinking that @arket might be addicted to technology. And that makes his thyroid not happy. He said he is on sick leave already 10 years laying on the couch all day, except doing weightlifting 3 times/ week.
So what is he doing on his couch?
I came up with the most likely answer, he is on his devices. Smart phone or computer, and looks into the blue light flickering screen most times of the day. Maybe even in the night. We dont know, because he is not here to tell us. Wish he would be. Because I have a feeling too much blue light in the eyes/tech use will hinder vitamin A detox, or throw the whole detox cycle off somehow in the body.
That would also explain his depression. Too much of tech use makes you depressed. Time in nature or with real human beings do the opposite. Arket seemed to not do much of other humans or nature.

I use my computer and iphone for most the day too but it doesn't affect my detox or progress, but I agree spending all days indoors and not doing anything will hinder your health.

Agree, especially if one is already depressed and isolated.
