I've been meaning to reply, especially about the not-washing-the-face thing. I've noticed some things about not washing various parts. I agree!
I think washing (perhaps especially with soap or detergents like shampoo) stirs things up. Scrubbing too?
I suppose it is because you are moving fats away, and then new fats rise to the surface, with new toxins such as vitamin A. yippee!
When I came here I was gung-ho to be using soap and shampoo and toothpaste and etc, but now I have moderated such usages.
When you stir things up, you suffer! But is there just hell to pay? I'm personally sick of looking like a pimply teen...
Hair can be brushed (as in the past when they did the 100 strokes) re-distributing oils along the strand and cleaning the hair (somewhat like your dog is cleaner after a good brushing) It can buy you extra time between shampoos.
Many body parts can be just washed with water.
I've been experimenting also with using distilled water, because my hard water comes from an agricultural region and perhaps has bad things in it, and all those minerals besides. I think it's beneficial, but if you have soft water you may not need this.
Like you, my sight is also about the same although I feel that my eyes are TRYING to "reshape themselves"? I had 20/20 vision up to about age 40, at which time (IMO) I developed astigmatism due to head pressure due to vitamin A over time. I have suffered greatly with head pressure which is now gone. When I change my focus to look at different distances I sort of feel my eyes trying their best to pull themselves together and work like they should. My prescription was always pretty weak and I rarely wear glasses. I have age-related far-sightedness, which could also be a vitamin-A issue? that happen to most people? I wear weak readers, and that doesn't seem to be changing toward the better or worse.
