Have you had autistic symptoms that you could improve?

No, I did not but figured that doing this sort of cleanse would be good for my forever inefficient gut. And it was.

Isn't chlorine dioxide toxic? I'm thinking about chlorine which iodine detoxifies.

No, it is not. There is a lot of research about it if you know where to look. Google will give you all the negative stuff, of course.

Okay, good to know. I've found a PDF version of the book, so definitely a new angle to look at things, aside from the Marshall Protocol about which I've recently learned as well.

I looked at the Marshall protocol many years ago and…it wasn’t for me. But if I had to pinpoint the protocol that helped me the most (amongst many that I tried) it would be Kerri Rivera’s one and Grant’s low vit. A lifestyle. All the others were just noise and the loss of time, money and…health.

10 December 2021

What a rollercoaster ride the last month has been.  From feeling amazing to feeling like crap and well again and crap once more. In practice -  I get a boost of energy and want to climb the mountains, so I engage in some physical activity like deep housecleaning, and then after a couple of days I crash.
Various symptoms come and go: headache, nausea (this has been persistent and pretty intense), body aches, fatigue, insomnia, increase in tinnitus, night hunger (this is new as I haven’t had any need for the “midnight snack” for at least a decade).  Having a touch of honey helps me in falling asleep. Is my blood sugar level low at 4.4 mmol/l at 1 hour after a meal? My meals are still just meat, beans and rice, or were as today I just had the variety of meats. My sense of smell still didn’t return post flu in September.

I know several people who experience similar vague and changeable ‘symptoms’ but are not following low vit.A diet. At this point I cannot attribute this strange health affair to anything in particular.

I also stopped all the supplements as with nausea I find difficult to stomach them. I also felt somewhat overdosed on the things I was taking (ascorbic acid, Mg, Zn, taurine, lysine).
Lastly, I decided to do coffee enemas which helped with nausea. I used to be ‘addicted’ to them, so this two yesterday were more or less isolated and I am not going to repeat them for a while.

Just a note that this time it took 10 days of NOT supplementing with ascorbic acid, for the blood blister to appear in my mouth. Better than the usual 4 days but it is now apparent that I need ascorbic acid. I also experienced increased hunger and fatuous. I restarted at 2000 mg in divided doses and will add another 1000 today.

After quitting the few supplements that I take, I also noticed that my angina on exertion increased came back and I felt several small heart fibrillation the last few days. I am adding some magnesium back.

My sense of smell is still missing and it has been a long time (since September). Taking a bottle of zinc didn’t seem to have done much.

I am also adding the adrenal cortex supplement as I am unable to bring my low body temperature up. Any more thyroid meds and I get the early morning adrenal rush (inner tremors that last about a min). So, perhaps little adrenal support wouldn’t hurt.

It seems that I am still a long way away from a supplement-free life.

It has been a month with some significant positive changes.
My physical strength has increased a lot.

Ever since I started eating beans, I developed small, fluid filled cysts under the skin around my mouth and under eyes that would disappear about 15 min after a meal. Any quantity above 65g of cooked beans at a time would do it. Then few week ago I had a larger quantity of beans and didn’t get the cysts. Tried many more times since - and nothing! Alongside it, I also experienced a feeling of “ease and contentment”, as if a large dark cloud moved away.

My life long digestive issues (indigestion, constipation) are gone. I can say that my digestion is now normal.

Absolutely no change in tinnitus and I will make the last attempt to fix it and report if it works. Also, my post-flu anosmia persists (4 month already) and again I have a treatment in mind. I am upset that I have not been able to shift them at all.

I am trying to separate myself from the ongoing covid madness. It feels a bit like putting my head in the sand but I have been posting  (on my fb page) everything that I could to share, warn and educate. There are others, much better equipped to do this and information is freely available to all. Mass formation (I like this term) took a grip though, so am not hopeful for any major changes in those who are deeply affected.

2.5 years into my low vitamin A diet and I have never felt worse as I did in the last 30 days.  Hard to describe this feeling of un-wellness…major issues falling asleep, feeling tired getting up, everything seems to be an uphill struggle. All these were not totally debilitating as I manage to go for my walks and work, and keep the house - but everything seems like an effort larger than it should have been.
In my intent to figure out the smallest amount of the ascorbic acid, I went down to 3000 mg daily in divided doses and after few  weeks I noticed that although I did not get the blood blisters on the inside of my cheeks, there were 3 dark patches instead and also 2 small blood blisters on my tongue. Yesterday I increased the dose to 4000 and will see if this will do. I wonder if tweaking my ascorbic acid did me in?

I have had some thoughts about my food and how weird it is. The prison fare has more variety and I am doing this voluntarily! Am I right to do what I am doing? What if my un-wellness is less connected to my food and more to all the other aspects of life in the 21  century, in a country with few sunny days, with history of traumatic childhood experiences, surrounded by 5G towers, wifi, air and water pollution, etc.

Still no improvements in my tinnitus, anosmia and dry nasal membranes. There seems to be a slight increase in my receding gums and I noticed more plaque on my teeth that I gently scrape every other day or so. I also noticed some cramps when I stretch my feet, and I am not sure what this is all about. I already take a descent amount of magnesium. There was also some pain in my hip joints, especially after my walks. I quickly got back on  the marine collagen which is helping a lot as the pain is gone but the joints still feel week.
