Be careful with antibiotics, I'm fighting candida here, and judging by what people write on the forums, it's not easy to get rid of it. I just want to inform you, just in case..

Antibiotics should always be helpful against candida - some of them(like minocycline) even have anti candida effect.

Candida overgrow is a result of shutting down already weak white cells via abx overdosing - commonly prescribed doses are really huge while very little is really needed to clean WBC out of chronic pathogens without suppressing them - so the result should always be an increased immunity against pathogens(candida), not a decrease. By the way A as antibiotic also downregulates immune system(hence white tongue from milk).

@rockarolla Now when I think about it. Maybe that's why people I know and don't care about their health at all never get sick? Because they don't take anything that downregulates immune system? 🙂

Half of world population is already running of caffeine - they definitely become sick on withdrawal 😉

@rockarolla so it looks like I could buy antibiotics from here https://lekarna-eshop.com/antibiotika  Which one I should buy and how to dose it? I don't mind if I get sick from endotoxin from dying bugs or something, because I would start taking it when I will be off work. So I can be home and deal with it. I would like to kill everything what shouldn't be inside me.. I was not taking antibiotics like 15 years. SO I thing they should work really good on me.. Btw my mom was taking this one https://iasispharma.com/en/product/furolin-2/ for some issues with bladder infection. She took just one pill and got sick like crazy. Can it be useful? Because I have 60 tabs of it here.. If I buy from that e shop it's expensive as fuck for me like 150$ + shipping I think..

I've only researched antibiotics from original marshall protocol so far; they were using bactrim, minocycline, azithromycin and clindamycin in very low dosages.

The primary problem is that if you kill too much pathogens at once they will offload ton of endotoxin and the following endotoxin-based cortisol+adrenaline spike will shut down immune system leading to increased(less controlled) replication + candida issues - so people end up taking abxs for years its like a constant one step forward one step back, for some abxs even result in overall net negative outcome despite all extra suffering from herxing... so dosing should be very carefully adjusted to not drop immunity too much.

I have no idea about furolin sorry but blindly playing with random abx could be quite dangerous.

@rockarolla ok so lower dose. So they have bactrim https://lekarna-eshop.com/bactrim-cotrimoxazol

azithromycin https://lekarna-eshop.com/zithromax-azithromycin-generikum

which one I should buy and how to dose it? Bactrim is 480mg tab and azithromycin is 250mg tab. It would be hard to take like 50mg of that bactrim, but I can see that I could split that 250mg azithromycin tab to 5 pieces so I have 50mg each. How much for how long should I take it? Something like 50mg piece of that tablet every day or every other day? For how long? I would have 30 tablets. So it last me for years if I do lets say 2-3 small cycles per year? What they say about the dosing on marshall protocol?? Also what should I take to lower endotoxin during the cycle? Activated charcoal?

oh ok so I was reading a bit about Marshall protocol. THey use combination of 5 different antibiotics for years? While avoiding all vit D sources.. Interesting. Well I just started 5000iu of D3 and 90mcg of K2. If Marshall was right. Why so many people are doing better on D3? Why they are not dropping like flies due to dysfunction immune system? He would tell you to even avoid sun? That's nuts.. But I really want to try some mild low dose antibiotics. Because I know for sure that my health problems are also due to bacteria issues.. If I kill them and that will give my body chance to "run the show" again. THat would be great..

@rockarolla I Will have 2 years expired azithromycin.. It should be ok maybe they just lost a bit of potency..

They talk about therapeutic probe i.e. its like taking a short course of abx(minocycline) and if they make one sick is it classified as "herx".

https://mpkb.org/home/starting/therapeutic_probe

So if 25mg minocycline will make you feel bad maybe you really have some bugs to kill.

But I'm personally not a big fun of abx and really believe that raising temperature is both more effective and more safer way to destroy bugs
check it out - https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7195085/

By carefully avoiding so called 'cooling' foods like dairy, or too much vegs/fruits i believe it is possible to maintain 37C rather effortless (this is what I'm currently doing btw)

At least if you are going to experiment with various abx make sure they are not dropping your temperature levels and not contributing to weight gain.

No idea ... D is like the safest one (if taken from sun) between all other vitamins, it even helps to prescribe antimicrobial peptides via vitamin D receptors.

Just do not overdose it - overdosing will bring a systemic anti inflammatory effect followed by relapse - this is what folks experience on low carb/keto diet(huge relapse when adding carbs back) .. also minocycline seems to be safer to experiment with..

@rockarolla hehe because of you I want to try antibiotics and now you are saying that you are not big fat of antibiotics.. 🙂  I will simply cut the tables to 4-5 pieces and try one piece every day and see how I feel..
