@mat, Hello Mat, I did my my 6th liver flush today, I prep'd with TUDCA (500mg daily) and malic acid, and I dumped a lot of sludge and some really big waxy green stones, one of my biggest hauls to date. I've been feeling very sluggish and congested for the past 2 weeks leading to the flush, probably due to my increased egg consumption. I will stop eating eggs for now and flush again in 2 weeks time. Thanks for the feedback. I have done one 2 weeks ago and will start again tommorow. I'll make an update on this forum when I'll have done at least 20-30 more so it will take time. I do not believe that one will have much lasting improvment before that, but I could be wrong!
