Tinnitus, dry eyes, and nightmares

I woke up this morning with nightmares and dryness. I am going to explore eating dirt as a possibility.
um these ideas both sound bad. Are you doing keto? Why eat butter like that? I have done that and more long before I heard of Grant and vA toxicity. Given what we are here for now, why would you do that?

My mom had the red hair light skin easily burned thing going. My skin was always similar. As was my diet. I now think the genetics are a thing and that epigenetics and environment are much more determinant. About 10 years ago I read that skin makes and secretes vit D (the good kind). And that it takes 3 to 48 hours for the skin to reabsorb it all and bring it in to the system. If during that time, one washes it off the skin, that secreted vit D is lost. Mercola sited studies of vit D levels measured on groups of beach lifeguards separated out by those who went in and those who stayed out of the water all day. The swimming group had much lower and in some deficient levels of D. The non-swimmers had crazy high levels.
This got me to change and experiment more. My first 50 yrs of life, being exposed to summer sun more than 30 minutes got me burns. When I read up as noted above I tried getting sun only when I knew I could go without a shower for 2 days. Over two summers of tests, I found it works. I now can work shirtless in full summer sun over 13 hours with no burn. I tested it a couple times and will avoid future such tests. I spent an hour in the sun and took a shower before bed about 6 hours later. Immediately felt the burn. Felt it all night and next couple days. Skin peeled as per my first 50 years.
The secreted vit D is protective against sunburn among other things. Garrett Smith speculates that it is also pivotal in detoxing vA. My experience agrees. So I will not test this idea by washing it off again. I gone 24 to 48 hours after full sun every chance I got for the last 5 years. Even though I barely tan, it has worked every time. The first week is the only time I get red anywhere. That is easy to avoid by keeping exposures short and light for the week. Curious what other factors might play roles in your symptoms.
