I think that B complex works really good if you eat a lot if simple carbs and rice. Because I was a bodybuilder eating white rice and meat like 8 years and had no issues with sugar metabolism. But I was always taking B complex.. Btw your potassium is low. Try to add some potatoes and banana. Potassium is important and you should get at least 4000mg... Potatoes are crazy high in potassium. Just add like 400g of potatoes. They are easty to eat, digest.. I cook them in microweve and for snack banana...

Yeah , white rice and B complex would work well . I love potatoes and I want to do something about the potassium content in my diet , but potatoes give me acidity in stomach and I breathe heavy after consuming potatoes , I guess to do stomach issues . I Guess its due to high lectin content of potatoes . Also they spike the blood sugar really high , same is the thing with bananas , Do you know any other diet rich in potassium

Hm it is interesting if you have issues with potatoes, but not with lentils? What potatoes are you using and are you cooking them without peel? Yes they have high GI that's why I eat them with the meat always + ideally some fats if the meat doesn't have a lot of fat.. Also you can lower GI a lot by eating them cool.. You live on Bali. There must be a lot of fresh fruit all the time and also all kinds of seafood? Fruit+seafood+meats. That is the best diet for humans I think.. A lot of easy to digest protein and carbs with a lot of vitamins and minerals with no anti nutrients.. Btw isn't your potassium intake low due to low calories? How much calories a day do you have? Because if you eat at least 3000kcal in foods you posted. I don't understand how you can have less than 2700mg of potassium. So you should probably eat more... Which will rum up your potassium as well..

Meant to post and say Thank You very much to everyone who took the time to write. 🙂 I am thinking that Grant's advice is quite relevant, since I certainly can't go back in time and Not Get The Flu or COVID or whatever the heck I had back in February... We shall see what happens, hopefully in positive ways, in October!

I had the flu when pregnant, I don't remember what phase of the pregnancy.  So long ago now.  I remember feeling like I was going to die lol and hubs not liking me saying that.  I don't think I kept up with my fluids enough, and that made the situation worse.

My kids are all grown up now, and half way normal.  🙂

I also remember a nurse practitioner tell me that when the fetus is extremely tiny/new is is "floating" and not as "connected" as it will be.
