After reading part of Poisoning for Profits. I was thoughts about it today was that your body prioritizes Vitamin A to be stored in the liver because of its toxicity making less room for Vitamin D. Now that you've made room by limiting vitamin A your body has more time for D.

I've had low vitamin D tested 8 years ago.  I love eating fruits ever since I was a kid. And I was always sick and skinny. I'm 42 now.  Then 3 months ago I got tested again and my new doctor said it was low (22) so I started supplimenting with 5000 iu a day for two weeks and then 2-3 times a week after that.  Gradually I noticed my health getting worse , bromyalgia, and chemical sensitivites, gums receding, teeth turning darker and thinning(gaps between teeth widening).  I was shocked at how fast my teeth and gums were deteriorating.  During the past 12 months I have been eating alot of sweet potatos on the advice of my mold illness doctor.  I had went to him suspecting my undiagnosed illness was from mold toxin exposure of some sort.  I had also been eating just steak and vegetables, mostly brocolli.  Now I see it was a perfect storm, not to mention my mercury toxicity from 8 amalgams.
